In his prime this man was giving teams 15-16 ppg off the bench every night. Shot that rock clean. 48-50% and 40% ftom 3,. Loved his game.

I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Sonics and Blazers fan. Japanese-American, male and heterosexual (showing what prism I view the world through). Knowing Deli Curry had strong wrists, I used to lift dumbbells to strengthen my WRISTS, to enable me to shoot from farther out. I know that in 1990-91, he had a down year, scoring only 10.6 ppg. But, according to Rick Adelman, Deli Curry was a player they discussed, for the Drazen Petrovic trade. Adrian Dantley, Ron Anderson and Kelly Tapioca were other names mentioned. They chose Walter Davis, and we know how that cost the Blazers in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals against the Lakers.

The Hornets' biggest win came when they knocked off the Boston Celtics in the 1993 playoffs.
It turns out, the Hornets of the 1990s were more than just sick jerseys.
Although they were never able to put together much postseason success (only won 2 playoff series in the decade), they were able to develop an impressive amount of talent, especially for a squad that was an expansion team as recently as 1988.
