Just yesterday i was on the beach with coworker having a great vibes and i did jerk chicken and ribs and the good old debone pig head which was season about a month ago, also i pot roast it first with lots of garlic and other natural herbs then slow grill it for my friend's because i dont eat it despite all that hard work...but they all loved it bro ... ❤😊

I cannot believe you never had pig head. I always asked for part of the pig head whenever I go to Boston to buy jerk pork , but you have to be early as the pig head doesn’t last long. Not sure if you told us the exact location of this spot.
