Steven. Your videos are about the food but they are so much more than that. You manage to convey the feeling of being there The wonderful atmosphere of a Jamaican afternoon from my childhood growing up in old harbour. When you show the yard and houses and the personalities of all the vendors and chefs, I feel like I am seven years old running around the yard of one of my parents friends waiting to eat some great food. Thanks for your work and your talent in producing these great videos. They are more than videos they reflect real life and great vibes.

Lawx, Stephen, I wasn't ready for the sweet potato pudding close up at the beginning!😂😂 Everything there looks delicious! When we visit again, we'll definately check her out. Thanks for sharing! Listen, when your 'Dad and I' (wink wink) visited earlier this year, we went to Reach Falls on a Sunday. On our way back to Port Antonio, we were searching for somewhere to eat but being a Sunday, everywhere with food was closed. However, we stumbled up on a little roadside restaurant that was opened.... I think it was just outside Long Bay before you get to Fair Prospect. It's called Y & V Seaview restaurant. I don't remember the lady's name but she had some of the best fried chicken we've ever eaten. She also had curry beef...which was our first time trying that .. Excellent! If you get out that side, definitely give her a try. You won't be disappointed.
I haven’t gotten to that side just as yet but I’ve saved it on my list! Hopefully I get to visit! Thanks Candi & Dad 😅

What I have noticed is that the Jamaican culture has been a naturalistic, sustainable society. We use many natural things from nature, JAMAICANS have been Recycling for hundred of years AND reusing things. The industrialization and modernization of Jamaica look as if this will threaten our island's natural beauty that we have maintained for hundreds of years. KEEP THINGS NATURAL we love natural.
