@Music Multiverse Not even remotely true. A "cover" is an artist using the original music and the same lyrics. These lyrics aren't the same and the music is altered. "Come Together" originally done by The Beatles was "covered" by Jackson. See the difference?
@Music Multiverse I Googled "Is A Place With No Name" a cover of "Horse With No Name"?From what I've read: covering and sampling are two sides of the same coin. Covering, as you stated, it's musically the same. Because the lyrics are different, there are sites that state the music was "heavily sampled". Other sites stated a cover is a reworking of previously published material there was no mention of lyrics being different from the original version. HOWEVER, ALLOW ME TO CLARIFY: Jackson didn't '"steal" the music from America, the writers gave Jackson permission to use the song, in 1998. If I am wrong, I have no problem admitting I am wrong.
No, the band America was well aware of Michael flipping their song. Michael credited the writers of the original version as well. It's not difficult to know. Just look at the credits.
Meu Eterno ÍDOLO ❤❤❤❤
PERFECT SONG!!❤ PERFECT, LOVED AND MISSED MICHAEL!!!!!!!!❤❤❤🙏🌏💞🖐🖐
My first time to hear this song.
A horse with no nameのアレンジなんですよね!
Thank you for sharing this amazing song with all of us. I love it. 🌠🎼🌠
I love Mj song I feel like that. Some time I wanna to go to place with no name.

I Miss you Sensei , I need you
*AMO* ❤️🇧🇷
Wonderful 🤍 MJ 🤍

😢Michael no🤭
Music stolen from the Soft Rock band America. The song is "Horse With No Name".
