About 60 years ago my parents a used to drive us to the south of France in the summer, and even at a young age I was struck by how there was no-one in the villages, how can it still be like that ! Amazing !!

Great vlog. Brought back some great memories as we lived in France for 9 years. My husband worked near Perpignan for 3 months but we lived in the centre. In French you rarely pronounce the s at the end. You can get a toll tag to make it easier if you’re using them a lot. Makes me wish we still lived there as I still think of it as home 😀 Looking forward to seeing the next one
Brilliant content as always. You should watch the documentary about the construction of the Millau Viaduct. Amazing piece of engineering and the scary heights you see the workers dangling from is crazy. Safe travels south.
They made a TV program about the making of the bridge, they pushed the roadway out from one pillar to the next then bolted it together, then did the same again until they reached the other side.

Hi I don't think we will go to 2 videos a week as it adds to much pressure and would take away the fun from the vlogging 😂 however there will be more short form content day to day stuff and possible longer videos and even a patreon next year for early access vlogs give aways and bloopers as of merch that is coming just finalising a few things so hopefully lots more to come 😁💯👌
We don't do long in France cause we only get 90 days Spain is much better cheaper and warmer most of France is the same climate as home at this time of year 😂

Traveling by van over there really does make you realise how shit the UK is, park ups over there are often free, with many having some free services too, or at least if you have to pay they are usually not expensive and will come with full services, but in the UK you are lucky to find somewhere just to park up with no services at all for less than £10 a night, if you want services its mostly campsites and then you are going upwards of £20-£30 for a couple of you on a site for the night! It's a shame because the UK has so many amazing places, but nobody from France/ Spain etc are going to want to come and road trip around here when they are made to feel unwelcome!
Very very true plus the weather is crap tbh most people don't want to vanlife in the UK the majority of people head overseas cause it's just better just a shame we are stuck with the 90 day rule it's a joke

If you are still near the area where the bridge is, go and do some canoe/kayaking down the Gorge Du Tarn. Honestly is an amazing experience!

We have done alot in France in the past and tbh it's just extortionate prices se we try to get through France as quick as possible and get to Spain
