After searching for an hour I FINALLY found this video covering the hunter classes for PVE! All of them were pvp so this is good when I’m trying to decide a main.

When you mix stalker, vanish and shadowjack in just the right amounts, you get a mixture that can sneak past anything in the game. Through Patience and Time into the mix, and you got one hell of a PVE build
Side note: Nightstalker is primarily a PvP class in my opinion. The grenades (of which you refer to as useless for the most part) are crucial for crucible. Voidwall is useful when blocking doorways, as well as hitting multiple targets if you aim perpendicular to them. Both Snare and predator are good traps for if you're out in the field by yourself and need an alert; You watch one entrance to a room, your smoke watches the other. If an enemy procs the smoke, you are alerted with the chirp and they are surprised with disorientation. I'd understand YOU thinking that most of the Nightstalkers abilities are useless, being that you run strictly PvE builds. The class, however, is very well suited for crucible tactics and is one of my favorites. Thank you for your time

Scavenger is too situational. You have to have at least one of that specific ammo type remove (-1) in order to pick up the stack and get the CD benefit. In most cases by the time you focus on ammo the fight is already over. The name of the perk practically tells you it's an after-fight boon. You're better off with Keyhole or GS Trance. KH itself is a situational perk consider you have to line up the shot as well. Combustion kills or damages mooks with the splash. In almost all cases in gaming you'd want to take radius/multiple damage over other bonus types. Shaving 15/20 secs on CD for GG doesn't outweigh the amount of damage you'd deal over time with Combustion. It makes sense if you were making a "boss-killer build". Also faster reload time is never a wrong option unless it comes at a cost of ammo.
Whenever I do heroic strikes I use bladedancer paired with Fast twitch and Hungering blade. So since Armor doesn't regen fast like normal, I have a blink strike every 10 seconds and I can kill a low level enemy to instantly regain my health and armor. Really useful if I'm doing a solo or I'm the last teammate alive on my fireteam

+Marcel Mcqueen for these videos I tried to focus on exotics that are made specifically for an individual subclass. These videos would be 45 minutes long if i went over every exotic and every scenario. Haha. The only time I use those gauntlets is when COE has melee bonus on.

you forgot the best nightstalker build. the montecarlo sealed ahamkara with ur venom smoke . you get ur smoke back every 3 to 4 kills and u just disoriant every enemy with it .

Never mind, Pyro doesnt realize that Blood Bound goes really good with Light of the Pack. And, he doesnt know about how the 'Wombo Combo' is great in PvE.
+Otaknii Da Robloxian blood bound is good in certain situations... But In my opinion fails in comparison in every scenario to black hole. Black hole tethers more enemies and lasts longer, so you'll ultimately get more kills/orbs while using vs bloodbound which will only tether half as many targets and goes away fairly quickly. And the "wombo combo" in pve? Strongly disagree... Vanish in smoke is going to save you way more than slowing a few enemies down for a few seconds and throwing a vortex grenade, when you can just throw a vortex grenade and have similar results without wasting your melee. But, to each his own. Whatever works for ya buddy.

Gunslinger with Monte Carlo, an exotic cheat piece that gives 2 melee stacks per charge, and gamblers dodge is op. You can grind leviathan by throwing any type of knife every 3 seconds, with a very good auto rifle
I like red death + gunslinger trace + chain of woes for high level game play. plus trip mine def needs a super buff to not harm the player. is this the only grenade that kills its user
+H diver red death is awesome for when exposure is on. And trip mines are ridiculous... I can't tell you how many times if stuck an enemy and they rushed me and killed me.
so it's dis/intl build, just like any warlock build, I'm going for Strn/intl build, since most of the hunter grandes are meh but the melees are the best
+Paul Miller if you're building a class around arcbolts, that's your best option. I tend to build bladedancer for invis and super, and for those there are much better options. Mask of the 3rd man, don't touch me are probably my two favorites.
Im very new to the game, only just level 30 and I found this build very helpful thank you :) in PVE does intel + disci+strength matter? as a bladedancer, sorry if thats a stupid question but what stat would be better
lawrence jackson ofc it matters in PVE. Intel, Discipline and Strength is the higher you have you lets say intel, the higher your tier and the higher your intel tier, the faster your super charges, the higher your discipline is, the faster grenade chargers, and higher strength, fast melee charge
I cant decide which armor piece I want for my hunter for PvE, I can get either don't touch me, celestial nighthawk or young ahamkaras spine from the exotic armor kiosk. which should I get?
also two things on PvP 1) you need agility and recovery without high agility your a slow moving target 2) the invis set up is great for people not that great at PvP go invis and run up on people with a shotgun or fusion rifle

my question is there a legendary boots that can replace the bones because i find myself want to try different exotic helmet and other thing but that triple jump u get from bones are so good so whats a good boots for legendary give me a good jump?

Sealed ahamkara grasps work so well with nightstalker cos you have 2 invisible grenades. My go to for sure.
You've got the DIS... another really good scout rifle to use in PVE is the Cocytus, especially if you get it with Firefly
its the lucky raspberry chest piece you forgot to mention. it gives you increased arch bolt grenade range and spawn with grenade energy

the vanish in smoke with lockdown does not double the invisibility time unfortunately. it extends it by like 1 second

Thunderstrike/Force Barrier are also great.
Lucky Raspberry is the bladedancer exotic you were looking for.

Gravitation forfeit is annoying to use in pve. I don't see why anyone would when most enemies have bullets that follow you or have aoe
