Congratulations on your find of the bread board! The Fenton blue bird was my favorite as I love Fenton and my bird is pale green. That one brass horse you bought was one of favorite pieces we owned when I was young. It was not shiny like yours. I loved so many of your finds and know you had a blast pickin through the places. 😊❤
I use air dry clay for the cracks I put it on smooth it out with damp fingers put on the grollia glue on the crock put clay on glue let it dry it's so simple
Great video. Saw so much of what I grew up with in the 50’s and 60’s. Hard to pick a favorite. Really liked the mushroom stuff. But I think my favorite Was the globe with the airplane. Love the 127 longest yardsales. My husband and I have been going for several years. We're in ohio. We have only been as far as Tennessee. I schedule vacation days every year to go. I have found so many treasures just in the past 2 days. So many fields of sales set up. Lots of antiques, especially in Kentucky. Headed south tomorrow 😊

Love this video today because my sister and I love to antique and shopping at thrift stores where ever we can find great prices and deals. My sister has three booths at this antique store so she is looking all the time for great things and I tell you I have so much fun when I'm with her and her husband and son. I have my grannie’s lucite bird decoration! She had two. We go them for her for her birthday when we were little. I’ve never seen them anywhere else or known anyone who had them. I’m glad to know they’re worth a little something!

This was so fun to watch! Thank you for sharing this! Our big yard sale trail is this coming weekend in the thumb area and this is the first year I am working a sale. My boss is have a big one just off the main drag. We have collected donations from our wonderful customers and ALL proceeds are going to the humane society! This is the second one for us this year for the humane society and fingers crossed we collect a good amount for them. It’s a lot of work but so enjoyable. Kinda cool that I get paid my wage to be at the sale 😜. It pretty neat because people had donated new stuff, old stuff, antique and vintage, all really nice stuff. We also got to get leftovers from an antique mall closing near us. We picked that place in the middle of a snow storm this last winter! Worth it! I’ll definitely miss hitting all the sales but glad to be helping the animals!👍
My husband and I love the oak frames on the bird house pictures. Our living room and office furniture is all oak. We have never followed trends and just buy what we love and that happens to be oak. The worlds longest yard sale ends in Gadsden, Alabama. I've never been as it's too hot in August for me. My dream pick came several years ago. I went to a huge barn in Lawrencburg, Tn. My friend told me the place was full and it was. On the way in, I remarked that if I would ever find a chicken cookie jar like my grandmother had, that this would be the place. I turned two corners in the barn, and the cookie jar was sitting on a shelf. They aren't that rare, but I had never seen one since I was a little girl. Needless to say, it came home with me and is proudly on display in my kitchen!
