Hi I love ur videos!! I’m going on SASfa21!! I was just wondering how do u upload your videos while your on the ship? Don’t u only have limited internet each day??
hi! thank you so much!! you're going to love SAS!! for some of my videos, I uploaded them in country when I was at a hotel/airbnb that had pretty good wife (for me this was in Europe and Brazil), but for the majority of my videos I uploaded them after I got home! yes, you do have limited internet each day. it comes to about 7 minutes per day, but honestly most of the time I never used it lol
Can you choose your courses yourself? If so, what kind of courses? Bc I really want to go in 3 years but I’m really interested in Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Astronomy etc... Or are all the courses related to people, cultures, economy etc.? Idk :)
Daydream Burrito you choose the courses you want to take based off the course offerings for your voyage. there’s typically 70ish different courses offered. for me I just looked at communication classes bc that’s my major, but I highly recommend looking at the Semester at Sea website and going on the past voyages tab bc you can see the courses offered on those voyages and get a pretty good idea. however, keep in mind each voyage is different and it depends on what professors apply to teach on the voyage! I hope this helped :)
Samarth Lamba no. this is a study abroad program called Semester at Sea! so I lived on a ship with other college students for a semester while we traveled around the world and earned 12 college credit hours through Colorado State University
