I love how you do your videos and explain everything. It’s so digestible for someone like me who hasn’t been to fashion school and just have in interest in making clothes!
What a great video, wow Zoe Hong funny how many times we don't know that we don't know xyz in this case the placement of patterns when it comes to Leather!. Also I would have never imagined that there are "cookie cutter" type of gadget to cut Leather. Thank you so much for all the knowledge you share with us all in this great channel of yours!
Leather is SUCH a beautiful material, and because so much expense goes into it, it's almost always a life-long wearable. When my grandparents were moving out of their family home, all of us grandkids were told to come by and pick through what had been left behind. There were THREE leather long jackets. I snatched them out of the "donate" pile IMMEDIATELY. The style is a little old, but it'll come back in eventually.
Thank you for sharing ❤😊!!!! Do you still sell your scrap leathers ? I'm willing to buy!!! Right now I'm making statements leather earrings. Keep up the amazing work 💪👍😊 Robin N Otis -Clayborne
I would love to see a video of you sourcing your leathers. where do you get them from? i want to start building my leather fabric collections and yours are always such great quality.
Thanks for the video! However, I’ve a question about velvet. I know that velvet has nap and was always told that the nap (when making clothes) are always facing downward! But I’ve noticed (across the board, expensive and cheap) the velvet nap runs upward! Is this the way it has to be? Was I taught an obsolete rule? PLEASE tell me, I need to know cause I haven’t been able to buy anything velvet because of this! 😮❤

To see a clicker in action, watch some of the Pacific Northwest (PNW) boot making videos such as Nicks work boots, White's boots, or Franks boots.
Oh cool thanks!
Thank you.

Sorry, I'm all out of scraps!
Do you have any videos explaining how to stiffen or harden leather?
No. I would either add a fusible or just buy a harder leather.
