- The world feels like a lot right now, and i've taken some time for myself - just to try and accept that my anxiety is rising because I feel powerless. And I suppose I wanted to share - if you feel sad, worried, nervous and you're full of that sense of dread that creeps up. It's okay. I feel it too. And even though I felt guilty for taking some time out to focus my mind on something frivolous, it was exactly what I needed to re-balance myself.
