My neck light was a real game changer! I use a lot of black yarn, but it's SO HARD to see your stitches. A neck light really really helps. It' makes a huge difference!
I really love that thing! I absolutely need one because I can't seem to see dark colors AT ALL, even though I wear glasses so I know I have perfect vision with them on haha.
Definitely going to get myself one of those neck lights. And, the pattern books you picked look like they are filled with adorable choices! Do you have a video showing us how you embroider facial features? If not, I would enjoy watching you show us how you do it. Thanks for sharing with us. Your assistant is cute.😃😃😃😃😃
I do not have an embroidery video, but maybe I can put something together. Thank you for the idea!! Though, admittedly, I keep my facial embroidery very simple because I'm definitely not great at it. I do like a couple versions of eyes and like a couple different mouths haha. Very elementary level stuff lol. But it still makes for a cute toy haha.
Small Organizer case to carry or just to have on hand for current WIP's. Holds my tape measure, stitch markers, crochet hooks in current use, needles, ink pen, Emory board (hang nails LOL), and scissors
Oh, yeah, I definitely think organization is important and makes things easier. I have little paper tubes for holding my small things. One with a measuring tape, one with sewing needles, and one with stitch markers. And those go in what's essentially a makeup bag inside my larger project bag lol.
What kind of row counter do you have? I really like the fact that I can wear mine lol. Saves me from having to dig in the couch for yet another crochet tool that I've lost hahaha.
Thanks for subbing! And thank you for being here! I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying everything! I honestly still can't believe people are listening to me at all haha. But I appreciate it and I'm just trying to share the information that I found helpful too.
Hi Jacki, thanks for this - it's good to see what tools you find helpful . I have some bent tip needles on my wish list & was wondering if they would take time to get used to or if I should just give them a go - I think you've convinced me to try them 😁😘
I really like them! The only thing that was weird at first was that the gauge of the needle is a little wider than the needles I was previously using, so that odd. But in general, I now only have bent tip needles and the wool needles with the super wide loop lol.
I just recently started using one of those pop it toys. small, I can turn it over and pop the opposite way. beats any other counter ive ever used. cost 3$ at the dollar store.
@@WorksofWhimsyCrochetCo your tattoo is backwards we went and looked at another of your videos premier yarn unboxing 2023 and the labels are backwards like in a mirror. Hope this helps.
@thetermite72 ohh that's probably because I use my forward facing camera. I thought you were talking about the words I pop up on the screen. Noted though lol. I guess i should using the phones actual camera and not my phones selfie camera. That should correct the issue (and actually make the videos higher quality because the back camera is better than the selfie camera lol).

I've seen a few people use those. I don't know that I'd personally like the size of those. But it's certainly an option!!!

The one I use is a 3”x3” square with 16 buttons. Takes up hardly any space.
Just letting you know your video is filmed in reverse. It is like trying to read in a mirror everything is backwards. Still a good video
Which parts? Because when I watch my video back, everything is coming up correctly, so now I'm concerned haha.
