    I will be wearing my sunglasses and looking DOWN onto the concrete sidewalk (so I don’t fall down), + I will be wearing a hat with a visor (to block the rays)-I won’t be stupid to actually “see” the eclipse either!

    Thank you for this video. My daughter's school has been putting out a lot of information about this since our kiddos will be getting out of school here in VA during the solar eclipse and may not have adult supervision after getting off the buses and walking home. My 11 year old is very curious by nature as I am sure a lot of kids her age are so I appreciate the list of verified manufacturers to purchase from.

    Would OCT show retina damage after 46 hours? I saw optometrist and he said I was ok. I still have eye pain and headaches. I went back 7 weeks later. He was a little baffled. Gave me ointment but did nothing. 2.5 months now. Vision has always been fine but freaking out. The pain is brutal. I’ll call him this to see specialist this week.

    Hello, Madam My both Eyes have -1.00 Spherical And I Got -0.75 Spherical Contacts As my friend Suggested So can i use them ? Or I should use -1.00 sph contacts
