QINSUN T106 operation Step 1: Head installation

The tester is designed of compact and sturdy, including a holding device of the obtuse-angle cone, a loading table for the fixed friction head, and control and drive unit. All components are designed to be reasonable and easy to operate. To facilitate preparation and light clamping of the samples, the tester is equipped with an adjustable scale ring wrench to test the expansion height. During the test, the sample can be placed on the plane of the friction head, and rotating action is applied to rub the samples. The friction area of the sample is about 50 cm2.
