So if u do the trans swap and don’t do this mod with the shift selector, will that cause the gears to be flipped in the rsx(1st is where 2nd is now) I have a PNN3 trans in my car but I only have 1-4 gears

Okay, so, I'm going to swap in my em1 a k24 with z3 transmission, I need to do that to use the k tuned shifter and cables?

You can do this shifter selector swap on your transmission but if you like to you can also leave the stock shifter selector and just get yourself a TSX shifter box from Ktuned and you don’t have to swap out the shifter selector.

I contacted Ktuned about this same situation. They recommend that if you’re planning to race, track or have some fun nights in Mexico to consider swapping it over and so all RSX components. I’m no expert just what I was advertised

This is done if u wanna swap a z3 transmission into an rsx. Z3 trans has lsd and rsx trans doesn't
