Allen key size sir

So annoying right? I used 2mm allen/hex key from a set in bunnings. But I should've bought the cartridge repair kit, it comes with an allen key. I also used a 30mm adjustable wrench to repair a kitchen mixer tap (I think the nut measured 28mm).
Remember bois/gals, you must screw on the nut super tight, have a stream of cold water running to test as you tighten.
I brought an old mixer tap to the store as a sample to try the tools.
