Shichimen Warrior 3

Exactly the same fight as Shichimen Warrior 2 in the Ape cave, except easier. The narrow river seems like it would be a problem but it just limits where he can go. When he disappears head to the other side of the river, you'll make it there before he attacks, attack until he does it again, repeat.
