    In this video I explained all the necessary Calculations for Transformer. And this transformer is for INVERTER. I explained the Calculations step by step. Watch video still end so you will get all the information related to Transformer Winding Calculations
    Process and Calculations
    🔴Step 1
    Determine your requirements
    Like
    output voltages
    Input voltage
    Output VA. Or Watt
    🔴Step 2
    Find the perfect Bobin Size
    Bobin core area=1.152*√VA cm^2
    Convert cm^2 to Inch^2
    Using this link-
    www.google.com...
    Select the market available Bobin length
    1",1.5",2",2.5".....
    Then Calculate Width
    Width =Bobin Core area/Length
    So we Calculated the Bobin Size
    Length" and width" in inches
    according to Bobin Size EI core's are available in the market
    Note-"use bigger size Bobin"
    🔴Step 3
    Calculate TPV
    Formula for TPV=7/ (Bobin core area in inche)
    You can aslo use 8 instead of 7
    For new EI core's use 7
    For old or used core's use 8
    Choose primary voltge (24V)
    Then multiply TPV to 24 V
    24* TPV
    So primary turns you will get
    Do the same for secondary
    🔴Step 4
    Find the Current in windings
    For primary current use formula
    Ip=P/V
    For secondary current use formula
    Is=P/V
    In video table is shown

    Good work.primary current calculation is perfect.there are many videos where they calculate primary current as half of the calculated value of primary current.it is wrong. Calculation done in this video is correct.thanks

    Sir transformer ka watt aur stack height ka kya relation hai.E type core ka center ka patti ka jitna charai utna stack height rakhni chahiye ya watt ke anusar stack height ko kam ya jyada rakhna hota hai.yedi iska koi formula hai.to ispar vdo bana dijiye

    sir aapse request hai Ki mai 12 volt 3 amp ka transformer design karna chahta hu.iska calculation Kaise karenge.ispar ek vid isi tarike banaiye aur samjhaiye. is transformer mei input 220 volt primary aur output mei 12 volt 3 amp hoga.

    I thought that the transformer formula was in metric, such as core square CM. Also gauge of wire formula is as 700circ mils times current times duty cycle. If power not on all times during time period , then the gauge wire can be smaller. circ mils times % duty cycle. Also, if choosing a LARGER core than required, then there is less turns that have to be wound on bobbin because of formula. Assembling a low frequency transformer with E and I laminations can be interleaved, or separated , so as the top I set comes off, so as bobbin quickly removed for rewinding. The separate laminations type requires strap over unit to hold together. The old style radio chokes were like that method.

    Nice video. I've a question on transformer. What specifications should I need to make a step-down transformer 230v ac to 130v ac of 1.5 kw/ampere?
    e.g. * core and bobbin size,
    * wire gauge and turns for both primary and secondary windings.
    * Any others things which I forgot to mention here.

    To fix formula 7 or 8 ya 7.5 kaise nikala jata hai ye fix kyu hai ... Please describe ...Ye confuse karta hai kyuki toroidal TF me 44 ka formula lagta hai....Please ise jarur bataiye....

      Agli video me dono ka confusion dur kardunga ki
      Toroidal ke liye 42 rule or 44rule kyo use karte hai
      EI type core ke liye 7,7.5,8 kyo lete hai

    7:07 primary me 12-0-12 volt hoga aapne 24 kyu bola?
    Uski mutabeek 1000/12 = 83 Amp hona chahiye thha

      0 12 24 Center tap ko agar common point manege to hame done sire me 12 volt milaga aur ek sire se dusare sire me jode to total voltage 24 milega
      12+12
      24
      Aur ek positive half cycle me 12 volts hai
      To 40 ampere ek 12 volt me
      Aur negative half cycle me 12 volts 40 ampere
      To total ho gaye 80 Ampere
