What is Quality Assurance? In fact, QA means optimizing the development and testing processes, selecting approaches to minimize the number of errors.
The goal of Quality Assurance is to improve development and testing processes to prevent defects from arising.
Are testing and QA the same? Are there any differences between them?
Well, although QA and testing constantly cooperate, but they are not the same.QA teams define product requirements, set up deliverables, and automate processes. They are not actually looking for bugs.

Who make or assign the clear release criteria? that's developer (Because he's make this program) or QA ? That's always the question in my mind on my company as QA Lead not QA Manager (Because i don't have QA Manager just Technology Manager)
This because i joined on this company already have program and have client use this application but get much bug or issues. I Still learning about QA need to join before make the program but it's to late now because the program already release to client. Now i just need inspiration from another side. i know QA and Software Tester is different, my question is how to change my manager mind right now? does QA have to specify a standard code too?
