Farther Along has touched me ever since it was sang at my grandmas funeral service and these beautiful angelic voices have done so much honour to this song. I saw them first on television in Jamaica and was pleasantly surprised to find it on youtube. It thrills the heart to hear these lovely girls sing it. Thanks.

If I hadn't been watching TBN 3 Saturdays ago, I would have missed a 10-year old Bill Gaither video where the Peasall Sisters appeared. Too bad I found out about them after their career ended in mid-2011. This is a priceless video. Crystal clear harmony and a pure message. It doesn't get any better than that.
I have this in my favorites and play it every couple of days. I don't think I'll ever tire of listening to these sisters. They are a treasure to Jesus. God bless this family. A great example of what a family should be.
The Peasall sisters have grown up to be beautiful ladies with beautiful talented voice, but still 'farther along, live' video is my favorite song. Thank you Girls, for the beautiful heartfelt songs.

i remember being a little girl my mom had this song on a cd and i always wanted her to play it one night this was on tv and they woke me up to show me i will always love it
@Argyll1854 v ....that's God moving. Alot of non-believers can't explain why beautiful hymns like this are comforting, but us believers know that it is God's peace moving over us. : )
That makes sense...historically, it was the labor unions and social justice groups who attached to the message of the Gospel, seeing it as the most powerful of the tools against the money changers...it is a lesson the social justice folks may want to revisit...

Man called in 2 talk/radio at 2:00am. "I like to drink but Im no alcoholic". the dj replied "I like green beans but I don't call in to radio shows at 2 in the morning to talk about it." And so it is with so-called atheists. They don't believe in God so strongly they NAME themselves after Him, A-theist. Again-I disagree w/Great pumpkin but dont identify myself as apumpkinist. Sound child-like & silly? Exactly. We all know there is God. Some pretend they dont. Theres no such thing as an atheist.
