I recently had new siding installed but kept the old gutters and small areas surrounding my house that weren't replaced so they looked horrible and dirty because of the new siding. I needed to get it cleaned asap. When I used the pressure washer, man it just melted all the dirt and grime that was on those areas of my house. I used that krud kutter soap and it was over after that. Easy to assemble, feels durable, very simple to use. Also, I purchased a used one to save money and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I want to get more use out of it so I think I'll be washing the cars and update this comment as time goes on.

Hi How do these compare to karcher models, i see the karches turn out 180bar as opposed to 130bar on the mid range Sthil?
I own the 130 plus. These are way better than a a Karcher. Just remember to turn in the water before you turn the unit on. The quality of the hose one makes it worth it.

I bought one of these with a reel. It was a high end RHE 143 Plus and cost a pretty penny. It was damaged in transit. I checked if it worked and the pressure washing part of it appeared fine. However, the reel was attached to the plastic housing which was cracked and came away. It appeared to have broke during transit. I thought that given the weight of the reel, it should be attached to the machine's frame and not the housing. A second machine was sent to replace the first with the exact same cracked housing. To me, this is less an issue with transport and more of a design flaw by Stihl. Attaching a heavy reel to the cheap and weak plastic housing is actually a really stupid thing to do. I don't wish to be rude but I cannot recommend Stihl nor any brand that does this. For the record, I did not buy this off John Miller Garden Machinery.

Hi, I bought the RE90 and the hose is cheap junk. I have no problem upgrading it, what type of coupler is on these electric models. Totally different than standard quick connects on their gas models and nearly everything else. Thanks.
There's a high pressure extension that goes off of the existing hose , you can also buy a reinforced hose to couple with the existing hose - might be worth checking with your local supplier to see if they can get a reinforced that goes direct into the machine 👍
