• Failure to co-operate with Premier League investigations from December 2018 - present [February 2023] - 35 alleged breaches
• Failure to provide accurate financial reports for player and manager compensation from 2009/10 to and including 2017/18 - 14 alleged breaches
• Breaches of Premier League profitability and sustainability regulations from 2015/16 to and including 2017/18 - Seven alleged breaches
• Failure to comply with UEFA's regulations, including UEFA's Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play Regulations - Five alleged breaches
Can't see any team taking it from City next season. Arteta has built a really good team with the money he has been given, but he needs a trophy next season or he will be under severe pressure, a bad start to the league and he could be gone. Doubt Liverpool will be better next season. Villa-- Spurs-- Chelsea-- Utd-- Newcastle-- can't see any of them being close. City again I would think.

Remember, what the PL is alleging is drastically different and more complex that a single FFP breach that both teams admitted to whole City are completely denying. If City are found guilty, so be it, but what if City are found not guilty? Would you say that it would only be fair that all people who said we are guilty, should then be apologizing if were found not guilty?
