Had a 95 600 XCR with Aaen pipes milled heads. I was 15 years old 45 now. It was very fast sled 115 on radar. But didn’t have the bottom end like a 650 did. My father was all polaris back in the 90’s so i was to. First cat was my 91 prowler very fast for a 440 but suspension and handing polaris was way better. Traded the prowler for a 89 500 very fast little 488. Owned many more Polaris’s always fast after clutched. Bought a 03 firecat was tired of my Polaris’s breaking all the time torque arms motor mounts slide rails crank bearings and more. Been cat ever since raced cats 15 years SX XC some drags. Iv had nothing but great luck with them broke so few parts not worth mentioning. But the Polaris indy was a solid performance sled handled very well rode great had a lot of fun on polaris to.
Really. Your gonna dock the guy on a blown out shock? Hell most of em probably came from factory that way. So the damn thing fires off one pull, then you ask to compression test it? Huh. 🤔
300 bucks for a running driving XLT 600 with papers is a smoking deal good stuff Rocky.
Don’t think I’ve seen them under $1500 here in Wisconsin this year in this condition!
I got mine for $800. Only had to change a spark plug. Love this machine
Much love from an Albertan small engine tech, love me some greasy triples!
Good on you Rocky, hoping this you tube career takes off. You sound like a legit awesome guy
1000 bucks all day long here in ontario canada good score they rip

Cool video ! The XLT with triple pipes and decent clutching is no slouch. Going to be fun!
300$ those pipes are worth that man!
Pretty good deal Rocky! Sold an XLT this fall in similar condition for 600
Runs, Drives here in Canada. 1500 NP maybe 2 grand with regi and able to drive it.
Love your videos Rocky, keep them coming oh i really like your powder extreme i wish i had one and in that good of condition. Awsome snowmobile.
Thanks for watching!
When you want a little 90's bling for that XLT hit me up! Dash plates, seat decals, merch....
All jokes aside, there's no comparison to be made between them. That powder extreme is going to hurt that XLT's feelngs
300 bucks is a score ! can’t get a parts sled with out an engine for 300 bucks in my area
I had the 580 I think that was the size u could not blow it up XLT special best trail riding sled ever. Back in the day
I think that polaris is going to walk that arctic cat.
Fyi the xlt is the number 1 selling model from any manufacturer of all time
The XLT rips.
@OldSchoolArcticCats right on. I do like the cat content too..subd from nutters channel
I have a question I got a 1994 arctic cat zr 440 not starting but I have to put gas down the slender
I have a nice 1994 arctic cat zr 440 trying to get it going plus it boggs down and not staying running
That woiöd be atleast 1500$ here in Sweden. 😮
say cowabunga somewhere in each video you put out
I bought a XLT brand new and formula 3.formula 3 would smoke it. XLT less than 100 HP. Formula 3 like 120 to 130 hp
thats crazy... 300... cant get a trashed nonrunning sled around here for under 1k
Here in Minnesota that would be at least 800.
Nice 56 Chev Nomad
thats good to see your comparing now big daddy yamaha says compare your kittys to yamaha lol
My money is on the cat, obviously
Looks like a 93 by the decals. That would make it a 580.
Is there any way to tell for sure? Markings on cylinders etc?
It’s been so long I forget. Double check the forums. Are the carbs 38’s or 34’s? 34’s were the 580 I believe.
Cat all day !
I own both exrteme all the way by 20hp

The XLT with triple pipes is no joke… Out here in the west nobody wants triples. They sell for cheap…
This guy's a hack. Buying sleds from people he knows for next to nothing. What a joke.
Iconic ?? U mean terd I’m sure
