Mr ticks with all the respect, and as a medical doctor I can assure to you that at least the blood composition and the blood pressure is impossible to measure like that, even in the hospital we have to take a blood sample in order to know those values. We do not have that kind of tech nowadays, and if we get to that point some day, it will not cost 40 usd. You have right there in your hands just a random value generator ☹️
Appreciate your feedback, and I, as a layperson, am inclined to believe you. Besides, when I've had my blood drawn I've needed to fast overnight to get accurate readings. I'd be curious your take on BMI and the other body composition readings though. Several advanced scales where you stand on them barefooted, seem to produce these kind of measurements and I've seen them being used in Doctor's offices and hospitals. Seems like a good way to check hydration if it's moderately accurate. At least in could show trends if not exact numbers.

Base on your typically excellent review I bought the watch. I have a couple of operational questions. You mentioned the tiles on the left swipe can be reordered. I can't seem to find a way to do that. Second I find the vibration strenght too low. Any way to adjust that? Thanks!

Couple questions. Does it calculate day time sleep? I am currently working overnight. So, majority of my sleep is in the daytime. Also wondering band size, as well and calculation of face cover size? I appreciate it greatly.
Mr. Ticks: I bought this watch, and the settings are set to Female. If I try and change the settings to Male, it says "The Future is not operational". I've tried a factory reset and update, nothing allows me to change this setting. I'm wondering if you tried to change the settings to Male? Thanks, Steve
Bought this while on pre-order. £38 Got delivered within 3 weeks of order. Fun for phone / messages alerts / music / Remote camera. Health apps not too sure about there reliability. The app on the phone is Nice. Overall good purchase for a low cost gadget.
For 38USD, i really doubt it has that health check technology under the hood. But I am here for the voice and energy while he do the review. I decided to purchase Tank T2 today because of his review. 🤩
How different is ET620 to ET580 smartwatch?
I like watching your videos but would you do a vs or top 10 video for smartwatches under 100.
I remember when cheap/budget smartwatches 1st came out and they all sucked really bad. Basically you had to get a high end if you wanted something good. Today I feel like that is no longer the case.
I love to get your opinion on what you think is the best smartwatch for under 100.
If you do one maybe early 2024 and then do end of year version and see if either better ones come out or if you think the one you preferred stays on the list.

For £38 I'd be very dubious as to the accuracy of those readings.
Me too. We're accustomed to gear that costs thousands of dollars and looks like big, complex machines in medical offices for many of these readings. Others are done in laboratories by trained technicians based on blood drawn from your arm. So dubious is an appropriate word, and I'd rather the readings be prooved to be right rather than assume they are right and prove them wrong.
What is the difference between ET 482 and ET 580
I see ET 482 more elegant and resolution is more than this one also electronic component is much better i see this watch is economic version of ET482

Read the description. It clearly says this is a TOY and is not accurate. If you expect this to be true and accurate for that price you are a fool, but go ahead and waste your money.

Another pretty watch designed to separate hopeful diabetics from their money while providing fake health data and colorful displays of false readings, Do Not Trust any blood pressure, composition, or glucose readings, like @Alerueda7000 stated, if these things really existed they would be in use in the medical field and surely would cost more than $40. Nice review of the feature set but without testing against real blood readings it falls a bit short, Good Job to warn any potential buyer that the glucose function is likely a random number generator. Thanks for the feedback. I try to tell it like it is, rather than how it appears to be, especially without any exhaustive testing to verify accuracy. When I first saw all the categories that were checked with the ECG test, and then seeing the blood composition and body composition parameter values, I thought someone reached forward to 2030 and brought back a watch from the future. Perhaps it will be, and the main difference will be in 2030 the data might be real and accurate.
