so you obv added a i bigger bore to the cylinder head aswell as a bigger piston head and you a power commander to change the spark and fuel input ratios ye? if you didnt ad a bigger head you didnt make it a 250 !
What speed does the bike do after the mods and tuning? I would like to do the same. Upload prices and the duration of time it takes to do all this. Sounds amazing
Kieran Ohara max speed didn't change much its something like 150km/h, but you get more power. project took about 9weeks To do. I don't remember prices sorry:/
10-20kph is an impressive difference in speed. I got a yzf a month ago and just got a black widow exhaust system. Your video is a great watch. Subscribed and looking forward to your next video 📹
I don't have particularly nothing much to say about it. Just keep in your mind that you need to buy and use parts that work well with each part you change. If a problem raises don't ignore it try to search what causes that problem and try to find a solution to fix that same problem. And don't go too crazy with your ideas when you may not be so experienced with handling engine. Try mods that are easy for you to change or which you can find a lot of help how to change them from internet!
JkFinTroll Thanks for the answer. Btw, btw saying that I need help,.I mean about the parts I have to buy. I can place everything don't worry, but what parts do I need to get to get the same upgrade as you?
You need a bigger sylinder, stronger crankshaft, power commander or bigger fuel injector, other camshaft and maybe you need to change the cooling system if needed. Also good exhaust would be good to have.
Vangelis KT 65/66mm cylinder block, new cylinder head with valves and stronger spring valves, new high lift camshaft, new bearings for the entire engine as the stock bearings cant bear the harder load from new engine cylinder, new clucth and stronger clucth spring, bigger throttle body, bigger injector, high flow oil pump and last but not least, a tuneable ecu (the most important part) or you can just flash the stock ecu.
It's from yzf-r25 from Indian market area, so its not Europe, I dont know if it possible to order the kit anymore it has been long time when I ordered it.
hey, there im building a 220cc version. In this video you got the camshaft oillines modified, and modified the spark timing, how exactly did you do this? can you maby give a link on how to, or some pictures? and in an other video you got other Radiator and expansion tank, where did you get these, and what does that extra tank do exactly? sorry for al the questions, but im just curious.
Hello camshaft modifications were made with little pipes inside the engine, i do not have any pictures of it because it was a home made modification and i did not remember took pictures at the time of making the tuning story. You should find tips about the spark timing but if i remember we removed some resistance from the spark timing. And the radiator was custom build in here Finland, it was made of aluminium. The expansion tank was some retail part from some metal shop witch sold car and motorcycle parts. Purpose of that tank was for that because the original fluid expansion tank would not for some reason release fluid back to the radiator after it came from there to the expansion tank, so we bought that tank because the pipe which releases cooler fluid back to the radiator is placed under the expansion tank so it flows back in much better. Hopefully this did help at least a little bit, i'm sorry for the delay for answering to your comment, i have been busy for a couple of months.
WärräRider hyvin on kestänyt tietenkin mäntä pitää vaihtaa useemmin ku vakio 125cc. Jos on hyvä 250cc pytty niinku itellä on nii ok selvinny melkeenpä vaa männän vaihdolla.

Mistä muuten oot tilaillut noita osia ja paljon koko setti kustansi?
THΞLONLYDUDΞ Assuming you're talking about the 2-stroke rs, it's faster because it's a 2 stroke(literally 2x more power than 4 stroke) and 2 stroke engines are lighter therefore less weight to carry and let's not forget about gear ratio which affects that even more...
THΞLONLYDUDΞ Did you just conpletely disregard what I said? Assuming it has the gear ratio of the 125 there's literally no way it could go faster... And 250cc bikes can usually only go around that fast anyway...

Do you still remember the Bore and stroke size??

Kieran Ohara big thanks to you for watching my videos! its nice to hear positive comments
Hello, good job ! I'm new to cc upgrade, would you mind telling me some things about how to upgrade my yzfr125 to 250cc as well?

From which bike did you take the kit? I would like to know even if it does not exist in Europe
It's from yzf-r25 from Indian market area, so its not Europe, I dont know if it possible to order the kit anymore it has been long time when I ordered it.
Ok thanks for the reply
onko tää 70mm pytty? ja millasella puristussuhteella? ja syökö tääkin kansipahveja?

I got a much quieter cbr 125 and i have problens cuz is to lound do you guys like earape ?
Hi can you change my r125 to a 250
How fast is it from 0 to 100?
3 seconds
@@xaremontezyzf_r1259 my mt07 takes 4ish secs to 100 no way that 250 is doing it in 3secs
@@jacobkozanic6464 this is a joke bro
Did you build a longer Controlchain in and optimize the Controltime?
No i didn´t do anything for the controlchain
Powercommander. ECU Flash tuning.
This is not called r125 but is r3 nice, tuning
oh okay, and thanks!
no, it is an r125. look it up. the bike also has all 'r125' graphics on the fairings.
Lol is R125 2010
How Many HP? And top speed?
Who I can’t buy the 250ccm Zylinderkit ?
S90 Racing had already made 75mm cylinder kit and if you use +16mm stroker crankshaft you get 274cc
What is the 0-100km/h time after you tuned it?
Isak Bertinussen i haven't checked it with a timer
That’s not a 250🤦♂️🤦♂️ it only changes cc when you bore it if you don’t bore it you still have a 125 just with more horse power
? So its 250cc
That 250 means cc
Not motor
And the motor is 250cc with big bore kit
@oG JIMMY exactly someone finally understands don’t have to be a genius 😂😂
mustbi change the throttle body and intake manifold ? or use the stock one
it was not needed
JKFinMoto meaning ?
tai 36mm
How did you get it to 250, did you bore and hone out the original or is it a 250 kit, if so can you tell me what the kit is called
It is original 250 set from some indian 250cc yamaha which isn't on market here in europe
ja 0-100 oli?
kuinka hyvin toi kone kestää 250cc?
WärräRider hyvin on kestänyt tietenkin mäntä pitää vaihtaa useemmin ku vakio 125cc. Jos on hyvä 250cc pytty niinku itellä on nii ok selvinny melkeenpä vaa männän vaihdolla.

Ne oli tuolta jostain aasiasta päin ja hintaa en enää muista mutta ei se hirveen halpa keissi ollut
maximum speed now??
about 150km/h
Only 150?!! My RS125 is faster then that
THΞLONLYDUDΞ Assuming you're talking about the 2-stroke rs, it's faster because it's a 2 stroke(literally 2x more power than 4 stroke) and 2 stroke engines are lighter therefore less weight to carry and let's not forget about gear ratio which affects that even more...
Ye but shouldent a 250cc be able to do more then 150km/h? :/
THΞLONLYDUDΞ Did you just conpletely disregard what I said? Assuming it has the gear ratio of the 125 there's literally no way it could go faster... And 250cc bikes can usually only go around that fast anyway...
engine stalls when it's still cold?
yes sometimes and that was like a 4th start with a new engine so it can also be just because of that :)
ah okay mine stalls to when it's cold. Still a very nice project!
Im hoping its not late to ask where i can buy this 250 kit for this yamaha ? :)
The AHM racing exhaust came from malaysia i guess, its very famous racing exhaust there and its region for small displacement bike
Whats the top speed
it didn't change much about 150km/h
JKFinMoto Was it worth money etc
nii mistä saa 250cc pyttyjä?
intiasta saa tilattua
you should tune your spelling
