so start healthy habits. wake up at 6am. eat more fruits. drink more water. exercise often. clean your room. start doing these things at least twice a week and slowly increase over time. you can do it, i can do it, everyone else can too.

i have too say my morning routine- first i get out of bed a 5:45, i go on my phone for 10 to 15 minutes, after i go down stairs and drink too much water. After that i get breakfast, usually a egg or porridge, or a smoothie bowl when i have p.e or dance/football or ballet. otherwise i have toast or a smoothie bowl because i love them. after i get upstairs too brush my teeth and get into my uniform. so my skirt, top, hair down and after i back my bag with my laptop etc. i get my book and mask. go downstairs and finish off stuff like my earrings taking out my second since i’m not aloud my second. i put shoes on and get on the bus sit with my friends and then BOOM. a chaotic morning routine. also i have my laptop because we’re writing books so we need our laptops and people that don’t have them use the school laptops. we don’t need much books, so it’s just a pencil case, 2/3 copies laptop and stuff. and my phone stays in my bag so can blast music while changing classes. i don’t really know why but i wanted too say mine since none of my friends listen. also i’m reading penny wise and it’s amazing i recommend it.
