I saw your video with rutsky the red ugly stick you found in the sound. I was taking a picture after casting out and all of a sudden my pole went flying through the air and into the sound. That was October 2 2021. You may have found my pole. I think it had a red pfluger reel with blue line. It was a Christmas gift from my son in 2020. Would love to get in touch with you and hear the story of where and how you came upon the pole. We were fishing the sound near Salvo when it went flying. Yeah I don't understand NC wildlife regulations. Nobody is allowed to keep flounder... except for the commercial fishing vessels that are responsible for the fish shortages in the first place. I live in Virginia 30 min from the NC border and our flounder season is year-round. I feel sorry for yall and the BS regulations they've put in place.
Blues on metal/epoxy is about the most fun you can have fishing the beach. Awesome video man.
