Ok being that I'm from Atlanta and grew up 15 mins from tech and state I'm loving this ik I'm a month behind but I'm screaming at the TV that you can land 4 stars
On my dynasty with GA State, I recruited nothing but 3 stars the first year and then i did the same thing but added about 5-7 4 stars as well. Slowly adding more and more each year. You should never recruit any 1 or 2 stars. Those guys will be terrible for you
Also scouting prospects at GA State is almost pointless since you don't have as many hours. Just give them a scholarship and put points on them. You don't really have the luxury of being picky about who you offer to. You'll waste so many points scouting a kid when you're just going to offer him anyways
