When you hard/soft sell, you need to select the 3 green check marks, it doesn’t matter which 3 are your best, it’s about the players. Visits also you have to select one of the players green checks. When I recruit, I focus on 5-8 players with send the house. Offer visit asap, then hard sell. I’ll leave the 40 on hard sell until they commit. If I see another school pass me up I cut my losses.
Already enjoying this series! To the guy that said no widlcat though booooo! This is college football. I don't think you should run it exclusively but you should definitely still pull it out from time to time.
Instead of spreading your hours so thin at the beginning of the series , you should target a few guys you really want and max out the hours you spend on them , the sooner you get them to commit the better . Then you can allocate those hours to someone else . I always send the house till Top 5 then hard sell it I have atleast 2/3 green checks and schedule a visit .
Also since you are rebuilding Ga State I’d focus on getting 2 & 3 stars in year one , 4 stars are a stretch and gonna have hours tied up for a long time
Lastly , filter your prospects . Going after guys that are in your pipeline and especially the ones in your highest pipeline tier are easier to recruit

@@TheActualCC2 not ganna lie your game was hysterically bad with the amount of injuries but in my experience the amount of injuries is always way to many. been like that every year with EA. i usually set it around 5-7 and i think its pretty solid there. every couple games you can go through the injury list for each team which dont take much time and see if its pretty realistic to you.

You can send the house and schedule a visit. You just have to have 40 hours available, it doesn’t count towards the allotted amount of recruiting time .

anytime a guy is ready for a visit I take my points off them for a week to schedule a visit then send the house again
