Your coach prestige goes up when you assistants go up. So if you fire good coaches in order to get a motivator or whatever you are looking for and their prestige is bad, your coach prestige goes down. It does go up when they level up at the end of the season.

Started out my Coastal Carolina rebuild after I started one at Texas & had the top recruiting class my 1st two years at Texas… Man I really see the difference in pursuing these recruits with much less coaching experience and hours, I barely signed 20 my 1st year at CCU….Got a 3 star QB and 2 (3 star) WR so I got some work to do 😂🤦🏽♂️
You should make a like “ultimate dynasty” series where you get to pick any one team you’d like and play it the duration on college football 25 and see what your end of the year stats are!

So heres an idea to make it a bit easier and more challenging for the 5 year rebuilds, season 1 you can hop into 6 games to establish a proper first season, every season after you lose the ability to play 1 game, by season 5 you can only hop into a single game relying on your recruiting skills and coaching skills/hires to get you to the championship.
