Kimberly is from our province, Quezon province, his real name is Kimberly Olmuguiz or Saunders from what I remember. He has been a delinquent ever since, he was kicked out of a varsity team because of stealing for a couple times, I think 2 or 3 times he has been kicked out from 3 different schools. Moved to Manila and has been in trouble ever since, various street fights and delinquencies. That kid had a bright future ahead of him, he is not just a basketball player, he was also a performer. Like a globetrotter style of entertainment. go ahead and ask him if he can still unicycle and juggle 3 basketballs. He used to do that.

What is never searched though are the individual "cottages" (usually nipas) that are "rented" by inmates with means. Almost all foreigners pool cash to do so...nor are the Sari Sari & Viand type cafes that bring most cash in for staff. Some inmates have wife, kids & a yaya living in a cottage. Kids leave for school, return "home" later. Only Immigration Prison in Bilibid is different. Poor foreigners who overstayed or are being deported must pay steep fines and buy own tickets home. As a result there are foreigners there longer than a decade with no crime beyond overstay, etc.
