Ive tried to help this guy back in 2016,he was homeless on the streets of makati, i took him home ,he was happy to be there but my other mate didnt like the idea of bringing a stranger home to stay, so i gave him some cash and he was on his way. Kids leave for school, return "home" later. Only Immigration Prison in Bilibid is different. Poor foreigners who overstayed or are being deported must pay steep fines and buy own tickets home. As a result there are foreigners there longer than a decade with no crime beyond overstay, etc.
