So I politely asked the store manager if the rules had changed. He called the fellow from the meat department and proceeded to chatter in a different language... I politely told him I thought that was rude and he EXPLODED on me, had his security guard escort me out, and banned me...
I agree with you. Simple recipes are the best! I don’t have hours a day to spend in the kitchen whipping up extravagant keto recipes and cleaning up all the mess!
Not sure how you plan to cook the brussels, but we love the Brussels sprouts that Longhorn had a few months ago. Fried and drizzled with honey butter so we asked for regular plain butter. Salted, these tasted kind of like homemade buttered popcorn. I would quarter them without cutting through the stem before frying them. Then drizzle (or drown them) with melted, real butter! Holy moly!
I'm really glad you do Kroger Hauls because that's what we have around here in Indiana that and Walmart and it's nice to see products that I know I will see when I go in the store

I found these called Happy Eggs and the yolks are near pumpkin-colored they are so orange! Really good too. Of course, they are $5.99 regular price, but I stock up because they are $2.99 now as a new product promotion... Keep a dozen raw and a dozen boiled...

I dont care what it looks like much either! I recently made an easy casserole with ground sirloin, broccoli, cream cheese, shredded cheese and salt/pepper. My girls wouldn't touch it because they said it didn't look good! It was sooooo delicious.

Battling RA and diabetes. No Kroger in my city, but I usually find good deals at my local butcher and a few farms that ship nationally.
Let us know if you find the simple truth breakfast sausage very salty, although you like a lot of salt, so you might not mind. I found it too salty and prefer Johnsonville. Even Jimmy Dean was too salty. I also tried the shaved beef for the first time because of you, I always look at it but never buy it, I made the Philly bowl, yum😋
