I am a 52 year old Mom of 4 precious, amazing young adults (4 in 5 years) and just so appreciate seeing it all again. I cherish this time in my life sooooooo much, as I now transition into a new stage in my lifeand while I miss it & your video brought tears to my eyes, I am beyond thankful to my Lord Jesus for blessing me with 4 super loving, super amazing children. TY so much for such a tender, natural video! Ps. I lived in Nunavut, Canada & used to chew our children’s meat if it needed to be (a custom the Inuit people often follow as well as my own heritage in Nova Scotia). There may be people who think that is ‘gross’, but my children never took an antibiotic or had an ear infection in their lives...hardly got sick and could bounce back from having access to superior nutrition through meats & their fats. Hahahahaha! I am so glad that I am not the only one whose back porch is covered in chicken poop! I love letting my chickens roam the yard, but they have a bad habit of hanging out on the porch all day staring at us through the back door.😆
Pots de creme is so good! I'll have to make that recipe but I never keep chocolate bars on hand cuz I'll eat them. LOL Dr Berg has an awesome Keto Chocolate Mousse recipe that uses cocoa/cacao powder (no hard chocolate) and basically cream cheese, heavy cream, sweetener, and requires no cooking. It's so fast to make and when I want mousse, I want it now! (Sometimes I cheat and splash a little Chambord in it. So bad, I know.....but oh so good) My chickens just started laying last week after taking most of the summer off. I guess they were too busy eating all my flowers the moment they bloomed.
I hope you read this :) I have a son. He is 9 y.o. I switch after 1 year low carb to keto (solved spring alleregy problem and stayed on keto because it is amazing) in april, my wife in june (just because she liked it) and 3 weeks ago my son asked me to switch to keto. I was always reluctant to do so, because i did not believe he could stop eating candies and bakery and sugars and hot chocolate at school breakfast and pasta and sweet cottage cheese they have there and also forget about mcdonalds. But i was really really surprised that 3 weeks passed and the only thing he ate non keto were russian pancakes with salmon once a week. He does not eat anything at school and he feels no need to snacks or sweets at all. He eats 2 times a day and sometimes a little snack (like broth and cheese) in the middle of a day. His tummy is flatter and there many little improvements. Now, the interesting thing. We received our keto mojo 2 days ago and i tested him. His glu was 4.9 and ketones at 2.1. Today he ate his pancakes with salmon (2 pretty large pancakes) and i measured after 4 hours and his glu is 4.3 and ket is 1.4. Amazing, nothing can kick him out of ketosis. I eat less carbs than he does and i have only about 1.3 ketones (glu is about the same). It seems like for kids ketosis is only so natural.
I made Melissa’s awesome chili recipe with smoked brisket and it was FABULOUSLY tasty! Love all of the seasoning. Only one now leftover and it has my name on it! 😂 I’m excited to try the cornbread stuffing recipe for Thanksgiving! ~Steph

My son is 7 months and I try not to make him anything different than what I eat but I have this lingering thought to be worried about salt since that’s what everyone says to do, even though for myself I don’t pay attention to that. I have lots of it! Do you do the same with Beckett? Do you just let him eat what you have with the amount of salt you put for yourself? Anything else to keep in mind with that?

I suggest cracking your eggs against each other so that the whites don't run down the side of the bowl.... except for the last egg in the dozen.
