I got the watch 5 pro a few days ago, and omg, this thing is a BEAST. battery is great, and it's really, really smooth. Looked at the watch 6 classic, but something bout that watch 5 pro 😊..
I say this with full sincerity, just spend the money on the 5 pro. It's an absolute beast in every way. It laughs in the face of the 6. *not to mention, the 5 pro is a titanium shell... ❤
I have been having such a hard time deciding. I found a good deal on the 5 pro online for around 150-170 and a 6 LTE locally for 150. I like the idea of the longer battery life, but the 6 says it has new sensors to determine irregular heartbeat and larger screen. Idk. I have to get off the fence.
Ok, so my circumstances are going to be a bit different. I work for a major US carrier, and get a sizable discount on service. About 2 months back, I got a great deal on a Watch 6 44mm LTE (bought it outright from Samsung). I like the functionality, but only occasionally use the watch beyond Bluetooth capability (I added a reduced-cost limited watch line). Now, there's an excellent promo on the 5 Pro; everything but $120 and tax is covered by adding an additional watch line. Should I jump on it? Would there be any conceivable use for having a spare watch, other than possibly selling one down the road? Given that I'm not a fitness guy, is the 5 Pro going to offer much additional? So far, a lot of the appeal comes from increased battery life and durability. Keep in mind, the cost of the first watch line is highly negligible, so I plan on leaving it in place for the time being. Additionally, the 5 Pro being a LTE model is non-negotiable.
My galaxy watch classic from 2018 is lasting for 4 to 5 days on a single charge with always on off. With aod on it gets atleast 2 days and the watch works perfectly fine till date
I've had my Active 2 for about 3 years and it's working perfectly, and the battery lasts well into a second day at least. I should do a more precise battery life check, but the battery is just not an issue. I'd like to update to a 6 but the Active 2 just keeps going, so it would be a waste. The 5 Pro seems indestructible.
You can't use regular wireless charging with the 5pro. Meaning the chargers that use her other devices cannot be used with the watch. Only the manufacturers charger will work for with wireless charging making it a bit inconvenient. You CAN do power sharing if you have a newer Samsung phone with that feature, but it doesnt accept univeral charger
@@Irocktor well i mean, i would get whichever fits for your use, personally i would go for the watch 5pro, but thats just because i have an android phone. Ive had an apple watch for 2 years, when i had an iPhone, and it was also pretty great. But then again the apple is priced for its name not its features, if you can afford, go for the apple, if not go for the android.

@bringitlite8065 that's because, the big question is ,"pay me?" RUclips has zero interest in your personality outside of where they can make gain.

Don’t forget the 5 has dual antennas for the GPS compared to the 6 only having 1
Where did you see these prices? I am trying to find a good deal on one of these. Thanks!
Nope. Its the exact same software with a smaller battery

Got my 5 pro for $160.00 USD. Refurbished. Was like brand new
If you are stuck in the desert for 3 days you definately would want the bigger watch 5 pro for the better battery life
@harissonbond7499 ... so, we are just making up shit for attention?

Should i pick the Watch 6 or Watch 5 pro i have a free watch to pick from Samsung but idk which one i should get
newer one gets updates for longer
If it's free just take the 6
How big is the difference in the performance between both?
Next to none. Same chip set. 6 has Smaller screen diameter & a more sleek design.
@@squibbs5828 thanks I had the 5 pro, very nice device, now I have the pixel watch 2, faster but less battery, and worse design
loving my watch 5 pro, no plan to switch...
Classic Can insert gpx map file like 5 pro?
No. That option is not possible. The GPU hardware/features in the W6C are inferior.
Do Samsung watches last long in years ?

Does that issue also apply to the 6?
