I don't get how this channel is so low visualized, it has the content that most of youtube powerlifting channels dont really explain in details

This is very informative in theory. Thanks a lot. On a practical note, can you pls try and create a video of how each of these energy systems are supporting each other when a person walks for like 30 minutes

@13:10 i guess for practical purpose "lactic acid " is use to describe the byproduct but i do want to mention that our specie dosent produce lactic acid,we produce lactate wich is lactic acid minus one proton (for people that want to go deep in the details).

came looking for a video to help explain these systems for my ISSA nutrition course, after I struggled through it for 2 other online ISSA classes, and you broke it down and explained it better than anything I've seen from ISSA. THANK YOU! I'll be looking through your videos first for any other help I may need for these types of concepts! also, subscribing!!

Love this video. I have been fasted for going on 4 days now (I’m around 30ish percent body fat) and as long as i stay low intensity in my efforts i feel great. I do push myself into high intensity for short periods of time to not use all of my glycogen stores and have in myself seen that as long as you know how to hydrate and fuel properly you can perform optimally knowing what fuel system is required. Again great video!

You want to box, you need to spar with people. You cant do boxing without sparring
