some of my personal favorites are definitely ken with "get serious," snake with his HILARIOUS eating sound effects, shulk everytime he speaks, kirby with copy abilities, "looking cool joker!", and of course the falcon with show me your moves B)
shout out to the miis for randomly having that SICK voice effect yell- i make fun of them a lot but that one was actually really good

Sephiroth has a lot of great voice lines, like:
“Know your place”
“Kneel before me”
“Eye sore” (which in the trailer is translated to “pathetic”)
And his final smash is “return to the planet”.
I like the “know your place one”. He says it sometimes when he gets his wing, or when he connects with side B
those were way better than what was chosen.

I always think about the way he says it like a commercial. We have the Bowser but wait, there is more. We also have the Junior bonus offered with it.
Rosalina and Luma
I've always interpreted it as mild surprise. Like "Bowser! ...junior?"
I always picture the announcer kind of being cheeky with it. Like he's on a sitcom and his friends ask who's coming to a party and he tells them "Bowser." But then he turns his head and looks directly into the camera at the audience, flashes a smile and gi "Jr...!"
I can't hear it without seeing the meme in my head where he's like "Bowser..." :/ "Junior." :o :)

Pichu’s electric taunt is just too funny and adorable. He thinks he can handle it and nearly passes out because of strain, it’s too adorable.
Calling bullshit right now, Kirby's best voice line is when he sucks ROB and uses the laser, he says "Beep! and it's adorable. Great video though.

Also I legitimately forgot about Wii Fit Trainer having a different voice in the US version. I'm so used to the UK version, so I was expecting their "don't let your bottom stick out" line to be the winner for them.

i like how corrin's win taunts ("I win!", "Good!") are basically memes from the zelda CDI games
ICs are saying "ita" or "itai" which is Japanese for "ow" or "ouch". No particular reason I just felt like pointing that out. Also, Cloud is saying, "Kyomi nai ne" or "Not interested", which he says a lot in the Final Fantasy 7 remake and Ken is shouting out his signature move: Shippu Jinraikyaku which roughly translates to "lightning-speed leg".
Ok I wasn't sure if they were saying that or some adorable gibberish like kirby lol since I play on the english version genenrally I can barely read command select in english much less japanese haha
Ridley's up-taunt where he just screams and franticallly flaps his wings is one of my favorites. Along with Wolf's "Are you scared?"

Richters mumbling Dracula in his sleep is my favorite voice line in the game.

Edit: technically Lucina can have any of 5 mothers, but Female Robin being one of them is hilarious in the context of that line
In the Smash universe, it makes the most sense in this case.
It's also the most popular one despite the devs shipping him with Sumia, but that wasn't obvious with the cutscenes and her supporting with Chrom quickly. Also cutscenes kept getting auotocorrected to "cuts Eyes" and I haven't had issues with autocorrect until yesterday, and that is a very wierd thing to autocorrect to. My phone might be a sychopath.

i think "my battle ends HEEEEERE" is hysterical too
sure cloud's "kyoumi nai ne" is super iconic but his death scream (not even star ko) is just AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH and it sounds NOTHING like the quiet, brooding protagonist we all know, which makes it my favorite of his voice clips.
Inkling's up taunt is "This way" from the game, and down taunt is "booyah". It's an easter egg in itself as in the original games they're mapped to up and down on the dpad like in smash.

Honorable Mention for Joker being “RAVAGE THEM” which is what he says during his final smash. He sounds so cool.

Personally wish Steve would at least say OOOHH when he got damaged. And the Zombie, Enderman and the rest of the mobs made their death sound when they got KO'd.

Sry if it’s late but the damage sound is played if Steve falls from a high area in a stage (not if he takes damage though) and he doesn’t take damage

btw, the voice line you chose for Sonic is still Jason Griffith (the previous VA, he said the "You're too slow") because instead of making Roger Craig Smith re-record the Brawl Voicelines, Sega just send a bunch of reused audio clips from the Sonic Games Roger recorded, but there were 3 Voicelines that couldn't be changed because there were no equivalent
2:53 is actually a cut off "Itai" which usually means "ouch" or "it hurts" in Japanese
My favourite line is Sephiroth's line for his Final Smash, that being "Hoshi ni kaere", or "Return to the planet". Something about the echo type thing added makes it a lot more intimidating.
Everytime I do the Zelda taunt I say “She wave, BUT… She also laugh”. By far the best taunt in the entire game. Simultaneously cute, and I’d imagine infuriating if you’re on the other side.

Wow, I didn't realize until I heard it in isolation, Banjo's star KO noise is his falling scream to signal to the player they've fallen from high enough to take falling damage in his home game! That's a really clever touch considering the context!

Male Robin asking Lucina “Lucina, I hope I didn’t hurt you” in the win screen (vs Lucina) is genuinely so wholesome I love it, and male Byleth’s star KO scream of “My battle ends heeeeeeere!” is another of my favorites. But otherwise very good voice line choices! :)

At 10:08 that’s This way!” which is a thing you can say to your teammates in game, so it makes sense why it would sound like they’re saying something. Also when using “Booyah” in splatoon 2, the inkling girl can sometimes say “thank you” but ofc it still sounds like inklings. The inkling boy also can say “This way” sometimes if you say this way.
The inklings say “checkpoint” when they say that. It’s their only canon taunt

For Ridley's my favorite has got to be his up taunt, just that full, feral scream hiding the mad genius underneath. Seriously, the most terrifying thing about Ridley is his intellegence.
