Yes. Especially if you're a musician. I've noticed musicians quickly learn to appreciate the musical talent in metal genres. Especially progressive metal.
Yup! I remember a time when I wouldn’t have been caught dead listening to songs with a lot of screaming in it. Now I love so many bands that scream their vocals
Ronnie Radke just tweeted that if he did a collab with Ollie Sykes (the lead singer of Bring Me the Horizon), it would break the internet. I’m inclined to think he’s right about that (of course, FIR and BMTH are my two favorite bands, so I’m a little biased).
Oli and Sam did a collab back in the days of Suicide Season And Daybreaker: The Sadness Will Never End features Sam Carter and Even If You Win You’re Still A Rat features Oli Sykes. If you weren’t aware you should check the songs out they’re really cool :D

Every song has a unique meaning which is why I love them. I definitely recommend searching up the inspiration behind their music.
If you want two bring me the horizon songs I think you'll love react to "medicine" and "mother tongue" it's from their more pop album, they should both have videos I think, no heavy parts or screamo, beautiful and memorable choruses
Avalanche by Bring Me The Horizon 100%, I guarantee you'll prefer it to all the ones you've heard. Has to be the music video (will say restricted because epilepsy warning but its fire)
Great reaction! I think you're doing really well as a beginner to this genre of music, especially when considering your taste in music, and I absolutely appreciate your open mindness. I was also not a fan of screams when I first started listening to this type of music but once you begin getting used to it you start to actually enjoy the screams and begins to dive deeper into heavier stuff. Let's see if that will end up being the case for you in a year or 2 haha.

Hah you should do Kingslayer featuring Babymetal from Bring Me The Horizon .. just a little harder than Parasite Eve .. and then react to Babymetal cuz they are awesome
"Can you feel my heart" blends the perfect amount of vocal grit and that epic neo Depeche Mode-like sound scape; with a wall of overdriven guitars. It's a sound that is hard to dispise.
If you want more chilling bmth songs i'd recommend these two: Drown and One Day The Only Butterflies Left Will Be In Your Chest As You March Towards Your Death (the title is very long but the song is great hahaha, he sings this one with the singer of Evanescence)
if you ever get to the point of wanting to react to them again, Hospital for souls is an amazing song worth it (this coming from a guy that listens to music much heavier and intense then this). It's simply an amazing song from start to finish, the subject is intense which what drives my liking for the song.
Anything from That's The Sprit is straight up amazing and it's right up your alley. I can't think of a single song that's heavy on it. A very pop album, but done extremely well, I'm an old school fan and even I thought it was incredible.

since you aren't that much a fan of the screaming i believe you would love the drown by BMTH and you should def listen to the live version its so amazing!
Parasite Eve was the first I'd really been able to less passively hear BMTH (I'd of course heard at least parts of Can You Feel My Heart but that was just in passing all the time) & even though I'd never liked heavier songs at the time, it really stuck with me (proven by the fact I felt the need to Shazam it to know what it is), so while I feel it's not my FIRST BTMH song, it's more like MY first BMTH song. Also great how it came about just before the pandemic & so upon release during it had some weird relevance to that.
Maybe, I’m so used to listening to music where they scream. That in Can You Feel My Heart, I think he’s more singing. It’s my favorite type of voice from Oli, I absolutely love it.
