This is, in fact, the right window to do what I did. It's not the only available option, but it is an available option, and the others weren't successful in the same matter previously.

It will say they have been charged with said felony. That's much different from what actually happened. You went to file a report to get them charged. Meaning they haven't been charged, just tried to get the prosecutor to look at what you wrote down, and nothing has happened yet. Tbh I was just trying to help you man to maybe help you to stop loosing supporters. You can either argue or understand what I'm trying to say. Kiser was NOT found "not guilty"... Not at all. As a matter of fact the state motioned to keep the case open against Kiser due to the overwhelming evidence that proves that Kiser is the perpetrator. The case against Kiser for the capital murder charges are still available to the state right now.

@RichardHead23 WRONG!! If he told you that, you should have researched for yourself. The state motioned the case to be held without prejudice based on the overwhelming facts pointing at Kiser. That was accepted by the courts and is the current ruling. Kiser wasn't tried in court after his indictment. His lawyer found a clerical error, and the state had to back off on a technicality. They have always been convinced that Kiser is the perpetrator and still are to this day.

Otherwise the State would not be allowed to file the motion. I hope the entire video explains something different Chris?
nope, look at the case of the two guys in PA, sentenced to 30 days in jail, no trial, no court, no reasons even given. so it is possible to be sentenced without due process, which means these two men were kidnapped and held hostage, everyone in implicit in it, in their case they got a top notch lawyer. This one is gonna explode the whole corrupt system. so yes you can be sentenced without being found guilty or even know what they are jailing you for.
There's always a process
The bottom line is that obviously, the state has the responsibility to positively identify that they have the right individual. They have not done that in this case at all. No new evidence was brought. I wish they would bring more evidence because I would love to see where all of this really comes from.
A judge can give you up to a year in jail for contempt and there is no process, I've witnessed it most of the time it's 30 or 60 days. Don't believe me google it

Being concerned for one's safety is a valid concern given the amount of threats they receive and attempts to intimidate them, let alone having not one but several fruitloops following them. Knowing the heavy-breathing whackjob filming was behind them, I'd also have headed back inside where there were many witnesses. when one of those involved has been to your property, cut the wires of your security cameras.. yeah, heading to the car with them behind you is not the wisest decision because you have to think of what else is waiting for you.
and don't forget, the police already notified them verbally while being filmed that they would receive zero assistance from them, even in an emergency situation. The court should have called them, it's inexcusable that they didn't. Dereliction of duty.

Once you have an attorney you can't talk to the DA on that case , this is a different charge completely. So if he feels his life is in danger 911 is who you call it is an emergency. You don't file a complaint. You worry about your life and Tiffs . Chris knows just enough about law to get himself in trouble.
