    This is a great way to lift/hold your extremely heavy KB. Then carry, squat or do other exercises with a heavy weight.

    Can you explain the functional difference between the two techniques? What I mean to ask is what muscles do they focus on differently, carry over to movements, why (if at all) one should choose to focus on one over the other, and or anything else you'd like to add

    Hi Mike, great video! Thank you for that! Would you recommend here as well to use the same way racking the bell like you explained in the previous video (by keeping the elbow close to the body)? Or here another way is suggested? Cheers
