That interaction between Widow and Moira is so skin chilling to me... I think Widow has genuienly one of the most depressing backstories of the characters. Didnt Moira have something to do with Widows brain washing? Just alone by THAT interaction and tone of voice?
Judging by the “by your design” line I’m sure Moira did have a part to play in the brainwashing along with any interaction between the two Moira is making sure any “emotional” remarks are noted

She is completely dissociated by design, a cold and ruthless killer. The only things left that irk her are the most core memories, and even then it's not much of a response

You can tell even though she killed Gérard you can tell she still feels remorse for it and loves him with what little emotion she has left
