That lady Erica is a true woman of God.
I watched her full documentary. Changed my spiritual life. I had been in pain since 2012 and when i teuly understood about covenants through her documentary, Im finally free. No more pain in my neck and shoulder. Everyone should watch her documentary and grow spiritually. The church will never teach these things, nor do i think they truly understand!!

@@AnnMoch-gc4ur I'm so, so sorry to hear that. My healing came in the stages I was ready to let go. Before, I watched "The Ericka Documentary " on Life is Spuritual Chanel on RUclips. I was impressed to cut out intentional sugars. I love cakes and anything cakey. I stopped all sugars except that which came in food I bought like corn, Spaghetti sauce and food to eat and cook. Second, I found a video on dry fasting and how it builds new cells and destroys old cells. I began dry fasting once a week because I work and couldn't do the 3 days it required. Lastly, I watched the documentary. I stumbled upon Life Is Spiritual's channel and watched all 35 episodes of Ericka documentary. In episodes 19 & 20. Mainly all of them talk about this theme but they really dedicate 19 & 20 to covenants and alters. After watching it. I started praying and denouncing covenants that I may have set up and was set up through my genealogy going back to Adam and Eve. I denounced everything that I did in my life that was not of God and I openly confessed I haven't forgiven my ex-husband for causing my 2 bulging disc in my neck. I asked our Father to teach me to forgive him. I dealt with Fibromyalgia and my bulging disc. In pain daily since 2012. After doing all those things I'm finally free from pain. I do stretches daily to help my muscles because for years they had been in a state of pain. So now I take care by stretches. Just mild stretches. That's how my pain finally left. The Holly Spirit took me to a process of learning and confessing. If you want prayer of more of how I'm maintaining in Christ you can email me sister. I truly know your pain. I'm 53 now and I just learned this all this year. Again it was a process I had to go through for my healing. God bless ❤

Stop depending on what people have to say on social media and depend on God to show you who is true so you can listen to them and grow spiritually but before that spend time deepening your understanding of scripture and with the help of the Holy Spirit you will have your own inbuilt discernment. So that even if millions of people make exposure videos saying this person is false, the Holy Spirit within you will let you know that this person is true and sent from Him. We aren't called to be followers of men but of God.
