for the rust paint around the eyes and the filters: in the tabletop miniature community there exists texture paints, basically you paint it on and as it dries it turns into an actuall texture, you could use a flakey texture paint to give the rusted areas some well... texture and make it look abit more convincing

Ps... that first comment that you gave a like to from a person named Cody, is a spam bot. I see that very same comment from all kinds of videos these last few weeks. As a fallout fan this makes me think of what a rogue Mojave ranger would look like. And if I'm fully being honest a brown leather duster would really pull it all together.
