Regarding the torn inner linings, Case Logic has incredible customer service. I had a minor issues a with a pull string on a zipper of the sling version of this bag, and I got immediate resolution at no cost to me. Give them a call or send them an email, and I'm sure you will not be disappointed with their resolution.
