Whenever i see krenko i have to mention Horn of Gondor, 3 mana artifact that's pretty much krenko for humans. It can go in any deck. And just like the mob boss it doesnt strictly need tribal support to be a threat since it comes with a human on etb

Toxic Deluge is a steal at $9. I bought mine at $18 and I’m not even mad. I got so much use out of it and I’m always happy to draw it. It’s literally the best board wipe. Full stop.

It's still more expensive than 35 dollars. I got mine on cardmarket for 38, but now is creeping up again
I used to be worried about the inflation of cards like The One Ring, Scepter of Eternal Glory, the slow climb of Lorien Revealed from budget bomb to actual staple, but then I realize, it's a matter of when, not if, Wizards prints "Universes Beyond Masters"

New to magic what do you mean by “Universes Beyond Master”
@@chrisgroves8891 Hasbro releases what they call "Masters" sets periodically, which are almost exclusively reprints of staple cards from a format, Commander Masters, Modern Masters, etc.
They have, and are continuing to focus a lot of effort on printing Universes Beyond sets, which take place in famous settings, like the Lord of the Rings set, the Warhammer 40k set, etc.
At some point I believe they will certainly cross those ideas and release some kind of Masters set style packaged product which is comprised of solely cards from Universes Beyond cards from the various settings.

Edit: didn't realize that Meatball Massacre and Purphuros were that cheap. I bought one of each of the medallions for 35 dollars total when CMM first dropped, but they sre absolutely worth the price they are right now.
These are my favorite piece of magic content on RUclips. No one else does it and I always look back and think the cards I bought from this were good buys.

The Wilds reprint having a relatively small pool and a lot of good stuff has been the most impactful reprints in years. Set aside the big chase cards which dropped a lot but are still hefty, this pushed a lot of five-ten dollar cards down to a buck and pushed some stuff that should have NEVER cost that much - like Primal Vigor or Aggravated Assault - have gone from costing most of a precon to pocket change.
The Aggravated Assault reprint has been one of my most wanted reprints since I discovered the card, so stoked to have pulled one!
I almost feel bad about not selling my ones I pulled back when Onslaught was new, but it was silly they were that expensive to begin with. More than glad other have access to the card now.

Literally went to my LGS today as they opened to check their singles and they had the Wilds of Eldraine reprints of Omniscience and Primal Vigor for $0.50 each... it was a no brainer to pick them up for the collection. Also grabbed Waste Not, Fiery Emancipation and Intruder Alarm for the same price. Crazy how low the Eldraine printings dropped these enchantment staples.

Otrimi has grew on me to be one of my favorite mutate creatures. So I am still REALLY partial to the original art. But yeah, deadly rollick is really worth the price. Snuff out is like, $22, and just as worth the price. And they're basically the same card in terms of easy to fulfill conditions (for edh at least.)

Lets be real when you say "down from". You mean the reprint is a different cost. Because the tempest jewelry didnt drop much. Which a reprint should cost less. But its not "down from"

If you want cheap token removal incan recommend ratchet bomb. 2 colorless mana to destroy all nonland permanents with manavalue 0
So if I cheat out a Tarrasque (no ward 10 cause of cheat) and I phantasmal image that Tarrasque and keep the phantasmal Tarrasque for legend rule. Would the phantasmal Tarrasque have ward 10 since you cast it from your hand, and would that ward protect the phantasmal Tarrasque from being targeted (unless ward is paid)?
Phantasm image would have ward 10 BUT because ward is a triggered ability that happens WHEN the creature is targeted, Phantasnal Image's sac trigger would still happen even if they ( likely) choose not to pay the 10. It would still work with other clone creatures though.

This is kind of an incredible time for "budget buys"...wotc reprinting things into the ground mixed with a recent market downturn in general...its crazy the cards you can get for $3-$15 right now. It's like a who's-who list of some of the most powerful cards in the format that have been $25-$50 for years...

I saw the new eldraine smothering tithe variant (non anime) at like 25 bucks (Canadian) at my LGS and had to snap it up. I saw commander masters versions going for 30 so I was psyched buying a cooler art for cheaper. Also picked up a grave pact for like 10 bucks when it used to be 30 😎
I bought 15 of them at release for 3 dollars a piece 😂... I've given three away to cousins in edh decks I make for them when they go to college to either piece apart and sell or keep to have for something to do besides binge drink
