    Armando man, you really have no idea how helpful you've been. One of your videos really helped me take a good patient's history today (ANEMIA) and this is the second one I'm using to understand what else could've caused their symptom of hematuria. Love from Kenya. Asante sana!

    Your videos are incredibly helpful and I have been learning so much from watching them. I can't express in words how much I enjoy watching your videos because I love how you explain everything so clearly and straight to the point. I have to say that I learn so much more from your videos than I do from my lecturers at university. I wanted to say thank you very much for the continuous effort that you put into making these videos and I hope that some time soon, you will see this message. I hope you have an awesome day :)

    Súper impressed! The only mistake I noticed was that the ureter ran over the front of the uterus and tubes when they run lateral and then underneath the uterine vessels entering the bladder much lower- but it’s hardly a hanging offence! You should be a medical illustrator or produce a textbook for medical students! Fantastic!

    I love these videos so much. ❤The explanation is so clear and comprehensive. I just wanted to comment that the narrator's speech is not quite fluid with quite a few stops and stutters and filler words which can make it a little difficult to follow along as he's teaching, and I know that it's normal for natural speech but as this is a lecture it's not very convenient. Other than that thank you ❤❤❤

    Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am now in the hospital and I am worried about blood coming out at the end of urination. I checked my kidney function and did an ultrasound but did not find anything. Then I did a ct scan and the doctor discovered a 3 mm stone. After a period of treatment the blood came out and now I did the endoscopy and finally discovered that it was from prostate

    While you're correct in that Urolithiasis refers to stones in the urinary tract and Nephrolithiasis refers to stones in the kidney, the word Nephrolithiasis is also the 'catch-all' term for stone formation anywhere from the kidneys to the urinary tract. A small point, but important to remember when people are asking you what the condition is called. Also when you say 'recent vigorous activity', are you referring to actual bleeding into the urinary tract due to eg shearing forces or secondary to rhabdomyolysis (which could lead to myoglobinuria, not strictly haematuria?)

    • @saragallup
      @saragallup 8 лет назад

      I am fairly sure he would be referring to vigorous physical activities such as horseback riding, biking, certain gymnastic events, etc.

    So this video just gives information, what we need is the solution. If this then do this to fix the issue. The issue here is Medical science is very quick to find reason but has no answers which leads the patient into more stress and in some cases pain and more damage than before. These videos are good for Schools but does not help people that are suffering to find a solution.
