I picked this meditation at random without really reading the title, but wow. Years ago I was hospitalized with heart issues. It was terrifying and for years afterwards I was anxious and fearful by the smallest, natural change in heart rhythm. This meditation felt like I cleansed the fear. I cried, my whole body convulsed and afterwards my whole body radiated with an electric energy. I feel healed in a way I didn’t know I needed. Thank you for sharing ❤

So happy for you, Sara. I had the exact same experience whilst doing "You Are The Placebo" meditation, but my pain was from grieving my mother's death. I had a vision of a younger version of her during the meditation and she was smiling at me, like she was trying to tell me everything is OK, and I found myself crying my eyes out but so relieved from the grief.
I love hearing the life changing stories that people share from Dr. Joe's meditations. He really is a true inspiration. Peace and love, Sara and I hope you continue on your healing journey

@@sarac3781 I am happy to hear you had that experience, but you are doing it right! A lot of people try and try and are just never able to move energy. This is why we must relax into it and stop trying, and you did exactly that. When your body begins to shake like that, just let go completely. Keep doing this!!

I'm getting alot of energy moving of late
Can feel it in my body
And got it with this
Flusters in my heart and my belly
I didn't understand the pump bit
So I just kind of agitated my diaphragm
Initially the energy wooshed through me
It takes my breath away
but I get a little flustered trying to breath in and engage and squeeze
Im a little unsure if I'm doing it correctly
Pelvic floor and stomach
Still
My days I love these and I'm seing changes
The adverts 2mins from the end threw me a little

that leads to high pitch to raise Kundalini phenomenon which DR . J D loudly push us saying PUMP, YOU GOT TO GO! music also leads us w desned tension. It was everywhere 2020-2021.

There is a choppy background and the female voice is altered or missing.
I would not trust this version.
