Ah… the Transformers “Cybertron” series. For those who may be unaware… … I would offer that these two games aren’t just worth picking up because they might be rare, but because they’re actually *unbelievably awesome* games. Script, Voice Acting, presentation, graphics, fun factor… It’s some of the best representation of the Transformers franchise (along with the absolutely *legendary* “Transformers:Devastation”), to date. Again, for those that are unaware… If you have seen “bumblebee “movie, remember the first five minutes? … I’m pretty confident that entire sequence was based quite heavily on the visuals of these “Cybertron” games. Spec Ops The Line will stabilize in value. It only shot up cause everyone and their mom listed them on eBay the second after the delist from digital stores. It still will always be seen as a $10 to $15 game as it has been for many years now. The market is flooded with copies of it.
No. Everyone was saying the same shit with Marvel Vs Capcom 1 & 2 on PS1, PS2, Dreamcast & now look. Everyone said the same shit about Thousand Arms. Everyone said the same shit about Tales Of Destiny. Buy these games while they are cheap. 10 bucks won't hurt your wallet.
@alexiep2422 Those are older JRPGs and Fighters though, which tend to always trend towards the higher value side as time goes on. Especially since there was no way to buy those digitally at the time. With Spec Ops, we are talking about a well received 3rd person military cover shooter that was released 12 years ago and still never peaked at all in value. Its value is only high right now because of FOMO from the stores pulling it. It's value is artificially inflated, whereas the ones you mentioned earned their values through time and fewer copies being available in the market as a result. For Spec Ops to jump from a $10 game to $80+ almost immediately with thousands of copies in the marketplace is just ridiculous and unwarranted. I own Spec Ops on 360, PS3, and digital on Steam, so either way, I'm not bothered by it, but just sharing my opinion on the matter.
Everyone slept on Xbox I been telling people the Xbox-->xbox 360 and early Xbox one games are going to go up in value when people get nostalgic for them
Batman Arkham Origins is another XB 360 game that has been delisted and is slowly creeping up in price. It is backwards compatible with the Series consoles. It’s not in the Arkham collection either as it was produced by WB and not Rocksteady.
very stupid that the best one isn't in yhr collection arkam city is awesome but srkam origins had the best fighting, gadgets, combos, and version of the gotham that was turned into arkam city...literally it's the better game, boss fight wise, storywise it's way better, the villians batman faces, death stroke, bane, firefly, like seriously arkam origins was my favorite one..
Same here picked it up a couple of years ago the fubu edition on 360. I still have not used the code and it plays great on my series x. I also tried finding it for my PS3 which I did for $40 but in the triple pack edition though I already had the other games already...🤗
As soon as your revealed NFS Most Wanted, I smashed the like. One of the best racing games ever. Very unfortunate it didn’t become backwards compatible on Series X.
I got stupid lucky at my local flea market years ago and found Spider-Man Web of Shadows Amazing Allies Edition brand new sealed on PS2 for I think $5 or $10. Bought it, and still have it in the collection!
Been collecting 360 games hella cheap since the xb1 first came out...(people were dumping them like nothing because the xb1 wasnt BC yet) and currently have about 900 or so...and some OG xbox rarities also that I got even cheaper...watching your videos and researching online it is MIND BLOWING how much some of these games are worth now...the places I get them from arent hip to that YET though as I just bought a backup complete copy of the 50 cent game in your video for a dollar. about a month ago...soooo deals still happen...Good video.

Those being Spider-Man web of shadows no art book Some Lego games Batman Arkham asylum and City and my favorite XBox games Naruto rise of a ninja, and Naruto broken bond. I only have a few Xbox 360 games i would get and those are Ninja Gaiden 2,3 The first saints row Skate 3 WWE legends of wrestling Wwe all-stars And maybe Toy Story 3. Games only jump up in price if we keep having this scarcity mentality that they're rare, hard to find. No one cared about them when they were around but the fact they keep promoting "physical is dying" -- it only creates further panic and drives prices up -- don't buy into the hype. Not all games that are high $$$ value are even good games for that matter.

A few original xbox games i picked up recently, the Punisher, true crime LA, and NFL blitz 2003 are all playable on the xbox 360 via backwards compatibility, i got them all at great prices because i don't think a lot of people know you can play them on Xbox 360
The capcom triple pack was my first “game” for the 360. Had to get the most bang for our buck back then since my parents didn’t make too much money lol. Unfortunately I only have dmc4 left from that collection. At least it’s the best one of the three.
You should try the Sonic Ultimate Genesis collection if you havent already on the 360. It has alot of old school sega games like Streets of rage, Altered beast, Golden axe, and of course Sonic and other games.

If the lollipop chainsaw remaster is censored I expect the original versions to go up in price as well. I noticed space marine and binary domain have gone a little bit up in price but thankfully those have solid pc ports. Still 2 excellent games worth having

Besides the Autobahn games, the rest are pretty common by ebay measures. I usually consider a game uncommon when there are 10 or fewer listed at a time. Most of yours have nearly 60 listed. Also, though not part of your comment, rarity does not necessarily impact price. Planet 51 is a game that doesn't have as many listings, though the game itself is cheap.
I got 300 xbox 360 games most of them were expensive to buy. I had to look for cheaper prices on different sites. Some of the Marvel video games base off the movie are very expensive now I don't know why
6:49 Activision arranged for term-limited rights to publish those Spider-Man and Transformers games from the rights holders of those franchises. They didn't lose them. Even if Activision made the PS4 / PS5 Spider-Man games, re-releasing the older PS2, PS3, XBox, etc. games would have to renegotiated.
I've never heard of platinum hits collecting on the 360. I have always completely ignored these because of the lower price of PS1 green label games. I assumed they would have been priced lower as well. Thanks for the info!
ooh I know a game you missed that you should've definitely talked about, and that is the 2007 Simpsons Game for the 360, that game is pretty expensive now I think. Not sure how much it's worth in the USA, but I know for sure that copies of the 2007 Simpsons Game (on 360 and PS3) are pretty expensive now in Australia.
and tbh it isnt worth it, watch comparisons to the ps2 and og xbox, the faces on human actors are weird compared to the more stylized ones on ps2/og xbox, and for that i think the ps2 version is going to go up in price down the ladder, just got mine for $10 on ebay

I totally agree on Need for Speed: Most Wanted - 2005, but if you are really into that version of Most Wanted, go for the Black Edition! It gives you the 1968 Camero RS SS available after it gets unlocked and last I looked, it is skyrocketing in value too!

Lost Odyssey from Mistwalker, and Father of Final Fantasy series, Hironobu Sakaguchi (Gooch). This JRPG game is hard to find, and will definitely go up in value.
@@Ayixlia great buy! It should go up in value, in the future, especially a sealed copy. It's considered a "Lost" FF jrpg, because of it's ties with Sakaguchi, and original FF composer Nobuo Uemetsu. The game just never had a chance, because gamers never knew about it or cared, especially Japan. Internet was still primitive back then. Xbox360 wasn't selling in Japan, and was considered a Bro Shooter console, as opposed to the more popular PS3. Also, Sakaguchi was let go by SquareEnix, and was feuding with Sony PlayStation CEO, Ken Kutaragi. The game was "Lost" upon release day.

Look out for: El Chavo Kart F1 2013 (stupid rare/expensive NTSC) NCAA College Hoops 2K9 EA Sports NCAA College Basketball 10 (09, too!) Deathsmiles regular/limited editions (shmup) NBA Elite 11 (never officially released but some made into the wild, PS3 too!)
F1 2013 is a standout. Normally the last years sports game goes for more, yet 2014 (still high for a sports game) is way under that. I also noticed he didn't list sportsball expensive games. They're actually not too hard to find nowawadys which makes me wonder, if they will hold value. I usually find about four copies of NCAA 14 at gsales every year. Much more difficult to find is the cheaper (and probably less desired) PES 2018.
@@e3man01I think it's more hype than actual rarity with those NCAA games. They are published by EA after all, one of the biggest publishers and one of the biggest franchises. I haven't seen Blitz that often either. Also, to correct your post, it's Hoops 2K8, not 2K9. Another to keep on the lookout is NFL Head Coach. There's only one year released, so if you see it, grab it. Currently PS3 / 360 versions sit around $50.
You know mr wright. Ntsc xbox 360 games, there are more of them in comparison with pal games. For example, you (ntsc games) have duck tales xbox 360. There is no this game in phisycal copy in pal. I scooped up a ton of PS3 and 360 etc games the bigger the all digital scene started growing. Its surreal looking at a game and knowing the entire game is on there with no DRM..or DLC shite.

Like the video but i definitely do not agree with you saying that the platinum hits of need for speed version is more expensive than the actual xbox 360 copy. No one is gonna buy the platinum hits over the regular version you get the full box art and you get the colored manual
I was late for spec ops the line but i played it on ps now in 2021 got the Platnium trophy 🏆 and then when i got a pc bought it on steam in 2023 im glad i did 😅i dint realize its gone forever but this is the promblem with digital media . but they say its gone forever but they said the same thing about metal gear solid if you remember in 2022 they took it down just to remaster it and re release it with a new contract so maybe spec ops the line will get same treatment if pepole make a big enough stink about it ?

I think I'm good with these games in my collection. If I don't have some of them for Xbox 360 then I have it on PS3. I prefer PS3 due to the blu-ray durability, but some 360 games for gameplay performance.

Thankfully hasn't (yet) been delisted on Steam. Currently playing it on my Steam Deck OLED, great game and plays well on the Deck.
Why though? Origins is the lowest rated archam era 360 game....

Even if Activision made the PS4 / PS5 Spider-Man games, re-releasing the older PS2, PS3, XBox, etc. games would have to renegotiated.
I've never heard of platinum hits collecting on the 360. I have always completely ignored these because of the lower price of PS1 green label games. I assumed they would have been priced lower as well. Thanks for the info!

ooh I know a game you missed that you should've definitely talked about, and that is the 2007 Simpsons Game for the 360, that game is pretty expensive now I think.
Not sure how much it's worth in the USA, but I know for sure that copies of the 2007 Simpsons Game (on 360 and PS3) are pretty expensive now in Australia.

The Left 4 deads...those are games people will not let go and are still pricey. Not to mention you can't buying on xbox market place.

and tbh it isnt worth it, watch comparisons to the ps2 and og xbox, the faces on human actors are weird compared to the more stylized ones on ps2/og xbox, and for that i think the ps2 version is going to go up in price down the ladder, just got mine for $10 on ebay

I totally agree on Need for Speed: Most Wanted - 2005, but if you are really into that version of Most Wanted, go for the Black Edition! It gives you the 1968 Camero RS SS available after it gets unlocked and last I looked, it is skyrocketing in value too!
All the old wrestling WWE games are eventually gonna go up. Those were the prime days of WWE and Smackdown. The new games aren’t so good except for W2K 23 and W2K 24

This JRPG game is hard to find, and will definitely go up in value.

It's considered a "Lost" FF jrpg, because of it's ties with Sakaguchi, and original FF composer Nobuo Uemetsu.
The game just never had a chance, because gamers never knew about it or cared, especially Japan.
Internet was still primitive back then.
Xbox360 wasn't selling in Japan, and was considered a Bro Shooter console, as opposed to the more popular PS3.
Also, Sakaguchi was let go by SquareEnix, and was feuding with Sony PlayStation CEO, Ken Kutaragi.
The game was "Lost" upon release day.

F1 2013 is a standout. Normally the last years sports game goes for more, yet 2014 (still high for a sports game) is way under that. I also noticed he didn't list sportsball expensive games. They're actually not too hard to find nowawadys which makes me wonder, if they will hold value. I usually find about four copies of NCAA 14 at gsales every year. Much more difficult to find is the cheaper (and probably less desired) PES 2018.

@@e3man01I think it's more hype than actual rarity with those NCAA games. They are published by EA after all, one of the biggest publishers and one of the biggest franchises. I haven't seen Blitz that often either. Also, to correct your post, it's Hoops 2K8, not 2K9. Another to keep on the lookout is NFL Head Coach. There's only one year released, so if you see it, grab it. Currently PS3 / 360 versions sit around $50.

I was late for spec ops the line but i played it on ps now in 2021 got the Platnium trophy 🏆 and then when i got a pc bought it on steam in 2023 im glad i did 😅i dint realize its gone forever but this is the promblem with digital media . but they say its gone forever but they said the same thing about metal gear solid if you remember in 2022 they took it down just to remaster it and re release it with a new contract so maybe spec ops the line will get same treatment if pepole make a big enough stink about it ?

I think I'm good with these games in my collection. If I don't have some of them for Xbox 360 then I have it on PS3. I prefer PS3 due to the blu-ray durability, but some 360 games for gameplay performance.
Blu ray scratches just as easily as dvd discs
