Bhaiya icici mein march se apply kar raha hoon, different locations different roles, kam se kam 6-7 application dal chuka hoon, sab ka status scheduled for interview hai, mujhe whatsapp automated google form bhi aya tha tin char bar, fill kiya interview date choose kiya sab kiya, lekin uske baad kuch communication nahi. I even mailed but no response. Yeh kaisa scam hai ? I was trying to switch from my current job, but 3 mahine ho gaya no response.

I am asking you This questions because i was the Employee of hdfc bank in home loans Department and i was Appointed as a sales executive and i Did the job for 4 months and i quit because of too much calling And targets And Home loans is very Lengthy process although that's why i quit....!! Please Answer if possible:-)
Honestly...there is no department as such... sometimes the location helps in sales...but still if you're in sales ... it'll be very hectic

Honestly...ye thoda gimik type hota hai ...jab aap course me hote ho to aapko basics bataye jaate hain and major part grooming around banking culture ka hota hai ... Aur jab aap 6 months baad OJT me jaate ho tab aap on ground seekhte ho....sirf ye course karke kisi aur finance company ( apart from banking) me koi help nahi hoga ...kuch bhi ni ... Ye course tabhi karo jab particularly private banks me job chahiye initially......rest ..best of luck 😊
