I was born with severe hemophilia A. Notice how I didn't say, I have hemophilia? Disconnecting from that identity is a must for healing. With this guys work, my health has become unshakable. Just so everyone is aware, it's "impossible" for someone who was born with severe hemophilia to live a healthy life without big pharma. At 38 years old, I have given myself over 3000 infusion and have become tired of this same old routine. Every infusion I thought, is this really what I am meant to do? Is this really all my life is about? I began to break away from thinking and feeling like hemophiliacs do. It's not easy because we are pretty much in pain all the time but a life with pain has taught me to think and feel about pain differently which gave me a different experience. Science doesn't like hemophilia and the placebo effect used in the same sentence as they don't do in depth research into this. It's unethical in their eyes. In reality, their scared because if there is any facet of truth that our intentions can make our blood clot all their science goes out the window. The placebo effect and hemophilia will change the way everyone thinks because to the mainstream, the placebo effect has no impact with hemophilia. To irrefutably prove otherwise would change everything. Unfortunately nobody in the hemophilia industry cares to research this as it would hurt their bank account. From having to infuse three times a week now I only Infuse once every four months and experience zero hemophilia symptoms. My hematologist don't like me talking about this. I have explained this to them and who drjoedispenza is and the hematologist claim my experience is only mine and will not be that way for any other hemophiliac. Like I'm kind of some special genetic freak that they only want to ignore and silence. Sorry for the rambling the mainstream medical world has me shaking my head all the time
I’m going to my first retreat in July! I’ve consumed a ton of his work over and over and over. I’ve done his mediations twice daily along with other meditations. Life changing stuff.
One of the key takeaways that I found was when he said "no new information can enter the nervous system that is not equal or relevant to the emotion the person is experiencing." This is huge when you think about the lasting effects of grief and those first couple of months after someone super close to you dies are going to be harder to recall. I have experienced this first hand and really I knew why I couldn't remember things. It is because of grief I was stuck on my inside and not focused on the present moment or outside of my body. I just wanted to feel better so I stayed on the inside searching that way but while life was going on around me things had happened with people close to me that I couldn't remember. I couldn't remember places we visited that they had taken me to make me happy things like that and now it's played into them being angry because I don't remember but I can remember things prior to the grief.
Omg Marie that was a great interview. Different from the others. I went Dr. Joe's advance retreat and never trade my profound experienced there. One of the best happened to me! Dr Joe always make sure to over come the fear. I had to be honest that each time I go to Doctor's office and told me this and that it always gives anxiety. I have to meditate before I come to my appt and meditate after. It will release tension and keep me moving forward! The fear is real, you just have to over come it! Surrender! I loved hearing him say that we can produce the best medicine In our bodies that can and do heal our bodies better than any pharmaceutical can! And the lady who grew herself a new Thyroid! A lot of Dispenza’s interviews are repetitive which is important for learning what he’s teaching and he gets asked to be in so many shows it’s bound to be repetitive but this one came with a fresh energy and I loved the direction you guided it in by you’re questions. I have great admiration for Dr. Joe and the work that he does. Unfortunately, I missed his Dubai retreat last year as I was traveling but always following the evolution that he is introducing on our planet. He is one of the leaders of the awakening of humanity in my personal humble opinion.

Self-Worth as Dr Joe touch on has always been my stumbling block - I’m so Grateful to now be aware of this.
