Just a quick video showing how to Replace Rear Brake Pads on a 2018 GMC Yukon XL. (Same as Chevy Suburban) This is the same process for many other GM and Chevy Models and Years.
You will need:
A C-Clamp or similar caliper compression tool
13mm wrench or socket with ratchet or breaker bar
Sil-glyde or other brake grease
20mm open end wrench
Wire Brush
Brake Cleaner
Yellow Threadlocker (I didn't show this in the video, but it could be cleaned off and re-applied to the caliper bracket bolts if needed).
The torque specs I found online for the Caliper Slide Pin bolts was 38 ft lbs.
