As the capital of the Qinghai Province, and largest city on the Tibetan Plateau, Xining is very developed and modern.
However, due to it’s rather remote location, it is often overlooked compared to other major cities in China.
As the word gets out, hopefully more people will be able to enjoy this magnificent city! Amazingly, all of this amazing scenery still only constitutes a Tier 3 city in China!
